I'd like to advance a measure to conduct a dispersal draft from the franchises that haven't complied with the roster cuts. I'm assuming this is going to pass with overwhelming support.

I'm in no hurry. However, bleeding this into spring training (assuming it starts as planned) may alter some values for the draft, no?

 
Villar to the Mets today was the last bit of information I needed for my 25. (Not the news I wanted though, that Reds rumor would’ve been way better). Not a huge rush but I’m ready to start whenever.

 
Cuts are Vic Caterini, Jacob Nottingham, Enrique Hernandez, and Kev Pillar.  That leaves us at forty.  Sorry for the delay.

Full squads are reporting on 2/22.  Working back from there, let's get 25 man protected lists finalized this weekend so we can do the four round slow draft next week.

I only have 40 on my roster. I guess I only needed to drop seven. Glad I mistakenly got rid of a guy I didn't have instead of a guy I did.
