From a little research, apparently 1 in every 4,000 or so spontaneously re-connect over time.
As noted earlier, I also managed to conceive a child while using a condom (properly). The failure rate there is about 2%.
So my joint probability here is about 1 in 200,000.

So she has taken three pregnancy tests. Two have come back negative, one positive.
But I am certain the negatives are just the Fates taunting me. I am fairly certain she is pregnant.
The worst part is that she really wanted to have a baby with me and I was adamant that we would not. So I am really upset, while it is her dream come true. Tough to not feel like a ####heel for being so upset. But I am.
