That's a pretty risky RB strategy you have going on. If Gurley is slow to come back you could basically have one RB for week 7. If he does come back and play well you could be sitting pretty though.

Ended up with 19 players. I'm sure an injury in Week 3 will wipe me out, but I couldn't bear to break this team up.

While waiting for the lock - I dug up my team from last year. Based on this year's prices they'd be $295. So I guess I was sorta smart last year :)

I had Forsett/Bridgewater for awhile but ended up switching that to Murray/Brady (at the expense of M Wilson CHI). Brady was cheap, I think he's pissed and will light another fire.

Yeah, I found myself on the Julio bandwagon as well...

QB - Ben Roethlisberger - PIT/11 - $18
QB - Teddy Bridgewater - MIN/5 - $12
RB - C.J. Anderson - DEN/7 - $27
RB - Mark Ingram - NO/11 - $20
RB - Ameer Abdullah - DET/9 - $14
RB - Doug Martin - TB/6 - $12

PK - Josh Scobee - PIT/11 - $2
TD - Cincinnati Bengals - CIN/7 - $5
TD - Indianapolis Colts - IND/10 - $5
TD - Tennessee Titans - TEN/4 - $3

I went a little heavy on three specific bye weeks (5, 7, 11) but, other than that, I'm pretty happy.

Kind of surprised at Bradford without Sanchez. Originally had Brady/Bradford/Taylor but just dont trust Bradfords body without Sanchez insurance. In essance in my mind Bradford was a $19 QB to roster

QB - Tom Brady - NE/4 - $14
QB - Sam Bradford - PHI/8 - $13

I couldn't pass on the week 4 bye, the value pricing, or a pissed off Pat's team running up on everyone (sounds good in my head anyway). Bradford was the pre-season MVP. I had to have a piece of the up tempo Eagles. I'm hoping he will be standing for at least week 4.

Just missed the cut: Luck (price and late bye week), Tannehill, Bridgwater, and all the $5 or less guys (I kept making a case where they didn't finish the season as the starter because of performance)

RB - Justin Forsett - BAL/9 - $25
RB - Todd Gurley - STL/6 - $22
RB - Chris Ivory - NYJ/5 - $15
RB - Doug Martin - TB/6 - $12
RB - Cameron Artis-Payne - CAR/5 - $4
RB - Christine Michael - DAL/6 - $3

Fell in love with Forsett in Trestman offense. Wanted Gurley for a bump in the sencond half of this contest (if I make it that far). I liked Ivory and Martin's price point. Hopefully they produce for 16 games. Artis-Payne is a I don't believe in Stewart pick for cheap...and I really like the Panther's run schedule this year. Michael is the lottery ticket.

Just missed the cut: Peterson, Anderson, Hill (all priced out because of taking Gronk and Olsen at TE), Bell (Week 11 bye), Stewart (betting against him to get injured), Matt Jones (really wanted him, but couldn't fit him in price wise)

WR - Julio Jones - ATL/10 - $26
WR - Brandin Cooks - NO/11 - $21
WR - Davante Adams - GB/7 - $9
WR - Phillip Dorsett - IND/10 - $5
WR - Eddie Royal - CHI/7 - $4
WR - Tyler Lockett - SEA/9 - $3

Julio and Cooks were two guys that have been on my roster from the beginning. I'm banking on both being at least top 10 guys...and if I get lucky, Cooks joins Julio as a top 5 guy (wishful thinking at this point). Having these two with a week 10 and 11 bye really put some constraints on picking anymore players with the same bye week. Adams was a no brainer in my mind at this price point (decided to ride the wave with everyone else on this one). I felt like Royal was another no brainer. He is reunited with Cutler and the WR core in Chi is in shambles. He will have some big games. Lockett and Dorsett probably wont score often, but I'm hoping for a few weeks where their stats look like: 3 rec, 100 yards, 1 td=19 points.

Just missed the cut: Brown (price and wanted Cooks more), Cobb (was going to take him over Adams, but feel like the injury could linger), Cooper, Robinson, Landry, Agholor, and John Brown (couldn't fit them in price wise), and Parker (didn't have the guts to pull the trigger...gut says he will explode in the second half of the year). My last cut off my team was Hurns...couldn't make him fit.

TE - Rob Gronkowski - NE/4 - $33
TE - Greg Olsen - CAR/5 - $21

These two are the top two (imo) TE with a 1.5 per reception. Both of them have an early bye. If they can stay healthy, both should score for me every week.

Just missed the cut: Eifert (went with many lineups with Gronk+Eifert+Watson, but liked Olsen better even with the added money), Rodgers, Gillmore, Watson, and Chandler (was one of my last cuts...he should be solid and could be more if Gronk goes down).

PK - Matt Prater - DET/9 - $4
PK - Robbie Gould - CHI/7 - $3
PK - Sebastian Janikowski - OAK/6 - $2

I had Sebass since the beinning...$2 bucks...meh. The other two...just wanted two guys that weren't $2 to try to get some variance.

Just missed the cut: the other $2 kickers, Tucker (He always has some huge games, but I couldn't pull the $6 price)

TD - Indianapolis Colts - IND/10 - $5
TD - New Orleans Saints - NO/11 - $3
TD - Atlanta Falcons - ATL/10 - $3

I wanted as many match ups against the rookie QB's as possible. Saints have the Redskins week 10 during the Colts and Falcons bye week....not a great strategy, but I really liked these three teams schedule during the finals (got to think optimistically, right?!?)

I like the write up HS

I went with a bottom up, Gatling Gun strategy, no studs. Should be OK for a while. Not sure I've made it patp week 11

Went a little nuts on the QBs...

QB - Tom Brady - NE/4 - $14
QB - Brian Hoyer - HOU/9 - $5
QB - Tyrod Taylor - BUF/8 - $5

QB Bradford

QB Mariota (top 5 qb lol X factor low ownership)

QB Fitz

RB Bell

RB Peterson

RB Charles (last min change from lacy)

RB Ivory (top 10)

RB Martin (common flier)

WR Julio get the stretch

WR Maclin

WR Adams (shocking I know)

WR Funchess

WR Wheaton

WR Royal (Flier)

WR Amendola (super flier weeks well 1 atleast)

TE Clay (top 5 dark horse)

TE Eifert (koolaide anyone?)

TE Davis (10+ touchdown year)

PK Carpenter

PK Scobee (anyone not take him?)

DEF Tampa (Flier weeks)

Def Atlanta (Flier weeks)

If Bradford stays upright, no major running back injuries and 2 or 3 WR actually panning out and it may be..... O who am I kidding can't wait to see who is lost for the year after week 1 here.

Swing for the fences
Why take Sanchez insurance??? There are 6 "starting" "STARTING" what's bigger than caps locks... QB's 7$ or less I'd rather have any of them over Sanchez as a handicap. This should be publicly shamed for years to come!

Didn't try to overthink it too much. My theory was to get some studs at RB, WR, and TE, with the caveat of having an early bye. This lineup certainly has a lot of injury exposure, but I decided to go big, or go home. I thought I would see all of my $9 and under WR guys on most teams. If this team would go deep, it would probably be due to my belief in the Colts' offense. I see Gore and Andre possibly having borderline RB1 and WR1 seasons this year. I also hope to see Andre Williams in during goal line situations. Even if he doesn't start, a few games of 6 carries and a TD or two would suffice.

QB - Sam Bradford - 13

QB - Carson Palmer - 8

QB - Ryan Fitzpatrick - 3

RB - Adrian Peterson - 32

RB - Frank Gore - 22

RB - Ameer Abdullah - 14

RB - Doug Martin - 12

RB - Andre Williams - 5

RB - Christine Michael - 3

WR - Dez Bryant - 30

WR - Andre Johnson - 19

WR - Davante Adams - 9

TE - Richard Rodgers - 5

PK - Graham Gano - 3

PK - Kai Forbath - 2

PK - Josh Scobee - 2

TD - Indianapolis Colts - 5

TD - Jacksonville Jaguars - 4

Total value: 250

The strategy was to take one stud I can count on every week at each position - Luck, Hill, Dez, and Gronk are IMO top possibilities to be the top scorer at their position; then stream from there. Also, I did not load up on any given bye week.

QB - Andrew Luck - IND/10 - $26
QB - Marcus Mariota - TEN/4 - $7

I might kick myself for not having Brady but I think Luck can be in for a record setting year. If he had an earlier bye week I would have taken more of his receivers. I figure the late bye week will make him less owned than other options and provide a nice advantage most weeks, just have to survive week 10. Had Fitz in as backup for a while just because of his price but I don't trust him to start week 10. MM is a homer pick.

RB - Jeremy Hill - CIN/7 - $25
RB - Chris Ivory - NYJ/5 - $15
RB - Doug Martin - TB/6 - $12
RB - Ryan Mathews - PHI/8 - $8
RB - Andre Williams - NYG/11 - $5
RB - Cameron Artis-Payne - CAR/5 - $4
RB - Christine Michael - DAL/6 - $3

The problem with taking one elite stud at every position is it leaves you with either no depth or weak at your 2nd spots. I'm somewhat confident that Ivory/Martin will produce fairly well, Matthews will be a stud if anything happens to Murray, as should CAP. With Andre Williams I'm just hoping for TDs and Michael was way too cheap to pass on in Dallas. I had Denard Robinson in from the start but decided to go with Andre instead at the last iteration.

WR - Dez Bryant - DAL/6 - $30
WR - Jarvis Landry - MIA/5 - $15
WR - Davante Adams - GB/7 - $9
WR - Markus Wheaton - PIT/11 - $5
WR - Phillip Dorsett - IND/10 - $5
WR - Eddie Royal - CHI/7 - $4

WR - Tyler Lockett - SEA/9 - $3
WR - Corey Brown - CAR/5 - $2

Dez and stream. Had Julio in there but the combo of Luck/Julio on week 10 was dangerous. No doubt this will be one of the weaker WR groups but with the exception of Royal, each has an above average QB which was one of the goals. Royal was just too good a value to pass on. Corey Brown should be on most teams even though he's probably not startable in other formats, he'll be inconsistent but at $2 way too much homerun potential to pass on. Same logic with Dorsett and Lockett. Ideally, Wheaton is the Steelers #2 at least until those two are playing more than half the snaps.

TE - Rob Gronkowski - NE/4 - $33
TE - Tyler Eifert - CIN/7 - $9
TE - Owen Daniels - DEN/7 - $8
TE - Virgil Green - DEN/7 - $3

Gronk is going to be a key for most of us. If he stays healthy, teams that don't have him will be at a huge disadvantage. If he's hurt... let's not think about that. Debated between Dwayne Allen and the Broncos TEs for a bit, but Kubiak likes Daniels, Green could be a beast if given the chance, and Peyton should be utilizing the TE even more this year IMO. Don't like the week 7 bye with them and Eifert, but I wanted all 3. I expect the Broncos TE to count for me most weeks.

PK - Josh Brown - NYG/11 - $4
PK - Sebastian Janikowski - OAK/6 - $2
PK - Josh Scobee - PIT/11 - $2

Scobee is probably going to be the highest owned player in the contest. Don't really like having two week 11 kickers, but I do like Brown.

TD - Cleveland Browns - CLE/11 - $4
TD - Jacksonville Jaguars - JAX/8 - $4
TD - Tennessee Titans - TEN/4 - $3

decided at the last minute to go with the Jags and Titans combo over the Rams so I could add Tyler Lockett.

Love this contest.

very curious to see the ownership stats. I suspect Ivory, Martin, CAP, Michael, Adams, Wheaton, Dorsett, Royal, Lockett, CBrown, Eifert, Seabass and Scobee will be widely owned. Luck will probably be my most important player with fewer owners.

Maxed out my roster while still being able to squeeze in Marshawn and Dez. I see alot of us are making the same QB choices so hopefully my not having Julio and dumping $8 into a defense will be enough variance :)

QB - Tom Brady - 14

From memory,

Big ben and brady

Adp, ingram, martin, starks, oliver.

Dez, megatron, adams, shorts, wheaton, royal, amendola.

Gronk, max williams, celek, chandler.

Tucker, scobee, eagles, 49ers.

Uniqueness

2 strong qbs not including bradford.

More apparent onership of martin than i exoected.

Starks, oliver, cecil shorts, max williams, gronk with chandler cuff, 49ers with rugby player.

Risky play...stud heavy.

Looking over all the teams we've posted, the similarities in our submissions show that we are indeed, collectively, just a bunch of FBG's. Good luck to everybody. Glad the start of the season is here. May your favorite team(s) win, both on the field and in fantasy.

I like the 2 stud te play but figured gronk plus 3 stud rb/wr would out perform it.

Couldnt bring myself to draft bradford, tmobile, stud rb not named peterson, abdullah, woodhead, mcfadden, julio, bryant (pitt), forsett, dobson, olsen, minn te (potential regrets).

Tried to go at least 1 stud at each position (except K/D of course), and not such a large roster. Sprinkled in a few cheap/upside guys

For the love of God will this contest ever lock?!!! I think I've made 40 changes this morning alone. ;-)

I see a lot of teams with Julio Jones and Gronkowski on them. Multiple-week injuries to either one will have a big impact on this contest.

OK, time for my annual plea: PLEASE don't just copy and paste your lineup. When people do that, they all run together and it's virtually impossible to get any meaningful comprehension out of them. It's much more valuable (and interesting) to do something like Sasquatch and FUBAR did--break it up and give us your thought process behind your picks. TIA

My team:

QB - Ben Roethlisberger/11 - 18
QB - Andy Dalton/7 - 9
QB - Kirk Cousins/8 - 3

Even though Ben is rated highly, I think he's underrated. The Steeler D is going to put him in a lot of shootouts and I can see him blowing away last year's numbers. Week 11 Bye and Seattle Week 12 are negatives, but if my other guys can get me through those weeks, he shouldn't have too many owners come finals time and could be a difference maker. Dalton was the cheapest backup I felt comfortable would be the starter all year and produce a stable baseline number of points. I'm usually a 2 QB guy, but couldn't pass up taking one of the ultra-cheap starters "just in case".

RB - LeVeon Bell/11 - 32
RB - C.J. Anderson/7 - 27
RB - Ameer Abdullah/9 - 14
RB - Doug Martin/6 - 12
RB - Christine Michael/6 - 3

For Bell, see the Ben discussion above. Anderson adds another stud capable of a big week. AA and Martin should provide solid base scores and distribute my RB bye weeks nicely and Michael is the obvious lottery ticket. In the perfect world, he'll be the starter by Week 11 to help cover Bell.

WR - Julio Jones/10 - 26
WR - John Brown/9 - 12
WR - Brian Quick/6 - 9
WR - Davante Adams/7 - 9
WR - Devin Funchess/5 - 5
WR - Markus Wheaton/11 - 5
WR - Eddie Royal/7 - 4
WR - Corey Brown/5 - 2

On the Julio bandwagon as well, then a bunch of "potential" guys who were cheap. I'll have at least 6 guys available every week, and 7 guys on Julio's bye week. I'm hoping that gives me 2 or 3 usable scores every week.

TE - Rob Gronkowski/4 - 33
TE - Tyler Eifert/7 - 9
TE - Ben Watson/11 - 3

I went back and forth on Gronk and even tried to squeeze in a Gronk/Olsen combo but didn't like what it did to the rest of my roster because I couldn't find any middle level RBs I was comfortable with given Bell's late bye week. Hoping Eifert can live up to his "sleeper" hype. I'm thinking Watson should produce occasional TE1 weeks to help the cause for little investment.

PK - Josh Scobee - 2
PK - Sebastian Janikowski - 2
PK - Kai Forbath - 2

Meh, 3 cheap kickers.

TD - Atlanta Falcons - 3
TD - Chicago Bears - 3
TD - Washington Redskins - 3

And 3 cheap Defenses. When the FBG projections predict less than 2 ppw difference between high-priced Seattle (and less than 1 ppw difference between some top 10 Ds) and the cheapies, I couldn't see going any more expensive.

So much for "I have all the cheap QBs"
My roster changed daily. In the end, I couldn't get away from Brady.

QB - Andrew Luck - 26
QB - Tom Brady - 14

Top 2 QB values on the board in my opinion. Luck is pretty much a lock to finish QB1 and $26 is cheap for that production. Brady's price is discounted at the 4 game suspension price tag. He will easily surpass that price tag in production.

RB - Shane Vereen - 16
RB - LeGarrette Blount - 16
RB - Ameer Abdullah - 14
RB - Isaiah Crowell - 13
RB - Denard Robinson - 5

RB Crew is slanted toward PPR value. I don't expect any one RB to carry my team. More of a committee best ball approach here.

WR - T.Y. Hilton - 23
WR - Brandin Cooks - 21
WR - Steve Johnson - 8
WR - Phillip Dorsett - 5

Just 4 WR's so I had to make them count. Took 2 studs I think I can pencil in weekly, one upside pick in Steve Johnson, and a Colts Lottery ticket in Dorsett. The Colts bye week is late so I may end up bowing out that week if Cooks and Johnson underperform.

TE - Rob Gronkowski - 33
TE - Travis Kelce - 20
TE - Tyler Eifert - 9

Stud TE crew: Tried and true, the stud TE is something I have never veered from. I wanted to take Jimmy Graham, but at his price I think I can get similar production from Eifert. In past years, I've gone far in the contest on the strength of carrying 3 stud TE's and I won't change that mantra now.

PK - Matt Prater - 4
PK - Josh Scobee - 2
PK - Sebastian Janikowski - 2

Not just because they were cheap, but I like all 3 kickers here. As far as how good they are as real NFL kickers. Going further, I think the opportunities will be plentiful for them this year and the price tags just can't be beat.

TD - Houston Texans - 9
TD - Miami Dolphins - 7
TD - Oakland Raiders - 3

Top 2 defenses IMO and then I had to sneak in the Raiders defense, which I think will be surprisingly good as the season goes on. Adding JJ Watt and Ndamukong Suh to my team and it just feels like a winner.

Okay, with analysis now:

QB - Tom Brady - NE/4 - $14
QB - Tyrod Taylor - BUF/8 - $5
QB - Kirk Cousins - WAS/8 - $3

At one point I had 4 QBs with Fitz in there too. I never could get away from Brady for more than a few minutes. This just allowed me to do so much else with the other positions, I had to stick with it. FWIW, giving the way rushing QBs are scored I think TT will contribute a lot. And Cousins I'm glad to see what largely overlooked. As a Skins fan, I know first hand that this team's crummy D will for us to pass a lot. He's turnover prone, but he will be a compiler this year, and I won't be surprised if he is my top scoring QB several weeks.

RB - C.J. Anderson - DEN/7 - $27
RB - Jeremy Hill - CIN/7 - $25
RB - Todd Gurley - STL/6 - $22
RB - Doug Martin - TB/6 - $12

Oof. I agonized here. I love both Anderson and Hill this year, especially at their prices. Them both being on bye the same week, ick. Scares me. I also think Gurley is a top RB the second half of the season, with the Rams D keeping things close. Martin, well, I guess a lot of us are banking on a comeback year since I'm seeing his name in a lot of lineups.

WR - Julio Jones - ATL/10 - $26
WR - John Brown - ARI/9 - $12
WR - Davante Adams - GB/7 - $9
WR - Allen Hurns - JAX/8 - $6
WR - Phillip Dorsett - IND/10 - $5
WR - Eddie Royal - CHI/7 - $4
WR - Tyler Lockett - SEA/9 - $3
WR - Danny Amendola - NE/4 - $3
WR - Corey Brown - CAR/5 - $2

I went Julio and then a bunch of cheap guys. I see a lot of folks who post in this thread did the same. I think it is a sound strategy. Hopefully the people who don't read this thread didn't think of it.

TE - Rob Gronkowski - NE/4 - $33
TE - Greg Olsen - CAR/5 - $21

Had to do it. Early byes, both will manufacture huge points in this contest. This was a no brainer setup from the moment Benjamin went down.

PK - Sebastian Janikowski - OAK/6 - $2
PK - Josh Scobee - PIT/11 - $2
PK - Ryan Succop - TEN/4 - $2

Cheap guys.

TD - Indianapolis Colts - IND/10 - $5
TD - Jacksonville Jaguars - JAX/8 - $4
TD - Tennessee Titans - TEN/4 - $3

I did the same here I do every year. Read the defense by committee article and take the top pick, then find a 3rd D that matches well with both of the other 2. Once I had this grouping figured, I never changed it.

Ultimately, this team comes down to week 7 I think. If I can get past that, I'll feel pretty good about my chances for making the final. Although, seeing so many of the names on this squad on other squads is freaking me out. I'll need Gurley to do what I think he'll do for it to really happen.

Somebody mistakenly posted the wrong winning roster. Here, let me fix that issue and provide the correct entry....

QB - Matthew Stafford - DET/9 - $15
QB - Tom Brady - NE/4 - $14

RB - Jeremy Hill - CIN/7 - $25
RB - Lamar Miller - MIA/5 - $24
RB - Carlos Hyde - SF/10 - $19
RB - Chris Ivory - NYJ/5 - $15

WR - T.Y. Hilton - IND/10 - $23
WR - Brandin Cooks - NO/11 - $21
WR - Jordan Matthews - PHI/8 - $21
WR - Allen Robinson - JAX/8 - $17
WR - Davante Adams - GB/7 - $9
WR - Markus Wheaton - PIT/11 - $5
WR - Eddie Royal - CHI/7 - $4

TE - Delanie Walker - TEN/4-$15
TE – Eric Ebron - DET/9 - $7

PK - Randy Bullock - HOU/9 - $3
PK - Dan Carpenter - BUF/8 - $3

TD – Dallas Cowboys - DAL/6 - $6
TD - Cleveland Browns - CLE/11 - $4

I grabbed some big guns. I always went large roster in the past and felt many would avoid the most expensive guys so i just went for it with Luck, Gronk, Dez etc.

Andrew Luck $26
Derek Carr $7
Kirk Cousins $3

Jeremy Hill $25
Ameer Abdullah $14
Isaiah Crowell $13
Doug Martin $12
Ryan Mathews $8
Andre Williams $5

Dez Bryant $30
Mike Evans $23
Davante Adams $9
Steve Johnson $8
Markus Wheaton $5
Tyler Lockett $3
Danny Amendola $3

Rob Gronkowski $33
Richard Rodgers $5

Matt Prater $4
Josh Brown $4

Cincinnati Bengals $5
Minnesota Vikings $5

Last entry i added Cousins and Amendola over a 3rd TE (Chandler), Gerhart and a 3rd K. Hope I don't regret that.

I am adding this post in response to others asking for more explanation than just listing the team.

My team is built on the assumption that all will stay healthy.

QB - Sam Bradford - PHI/8 - $13

QB - Alex Smith - KC/9 - $8

Was originally going to go with Big Ben and lower priced guy like Boyd or Cousins, then realized I was overloading on Steelers (also had Bell and Brown) and did not want week 11 vulnerability. Big Ben is poised for a great season and at his price, is affordable. As I researched Bradford's preseason, I bought into the idea that if he can stay healthy (I know this is a BIG if we are think of with Bradford), he should be able to post top 10 #'s in that offense. On the chance he does get injured, fall back on moderate play with Alex Smith and hope other positions carry more weight week to week. I decided to throw caution to the wind related to injury risk and am sold that Bradford can post gaudy stats on Kelly's offense and that he will stay healthy as they need him so he will be safer and avoid hits, etc.

RB - Adrian Peterson - MIN/5 - $32

RB - Justin Forsett - BAL/9 - $25

RB - Ameer Abdullah - DET/9 - $14

RB - Doug Martin - TB/6 - $12

RB - Christine Michael - DAL/6 - $3

Started out with Bell and Forsett as foundation and was looking at combo of Stewart and CAP. As noted above, had too much riding on Steelers, and at last day, decided to drop Bell since I was committed to having Antonio Brown. So I started looking over ADP as a Bell a dollar for dollar replacement and quickly came to like his upside on a much improved Vikings offense. His drive to show his dominance on an improved offense quickly became a justifiable reason to buy. His early bye is a plus. I was locked in on Forsett from the start. In PPR, I see no reason why Forsett can't be the equivalent of Forte in Trestman's offense. Flacco is used to check downs anyway having had those great seasons with Ray RIce. Abdullah is looking like a PPR rookie darling in Detroit and is flashing that he could be the RB to own there. Most of us also have a lot of love for Martin at that price. CMike is the $3 lottery ticket we all seem to own.

WR - Antonio Brown - PIT/11 - $33

WR - Julio Jones - ATL/10 - $26

WR - John Brown - ARI/9 - $12

WR - Davante Adams - GB/7 - $9

WR - Eddie Royal - CHI/7 - $4

I am all in on Antonio Brown this year in my leagues and was firm on having him in this contest. If he stays healthy, he is a lock for putting up similar stats of the last two years. Could not pass on Julio at that cost and think he is every bit WR 1b to Antonio being 1A. Once Jordy went down, Adams at $9 was a lock for me, just as for everybody else. For the longest time, was going to go with Terrance Willams at $11 and Funchess at $5 thinking the high powered Cowboys offense offered great upside for Williams and Funchess is likely defacto WR 1 for the Panther but that he would not post great #'s despite that status. Decided to see what else I could piece together for that $16 and came up with what looks to be a better combo of John Brown and Eddie Royal. Granted, I gained a week 7 bye week hassle with Royal and Adams but think it is managed with my other rostered WRs assuming they stay healthy. Royal paired with Cutler as WR 2 opposite Jeffrey should be a PPR mini monster.

TE - Greg Olsen - CAR/5 - $21

TE - Travis Kelce - KC/9 - $20

TE - Crockett Gillmore - BAL/9 - $4

TE - Maxx Williams - BAL/9 - $3

You cannot win this contest without TE strength. No way I pay the Gronk premium. Went with the top pass catcher of the Panthers and mister reliability Greg Olsen. He was a lock from the start. Added Kelce who has great upside at that price and at late hours, decided to lock up what I think are the Ravens TEs for a pittance. Trestman made Bennett a TE fantasy star in Chicago and I can see either Gillmore and Williams posting big week to week #'s for the Ravens. To get that added insurance with the Ravens TE, I had to make concession at kicker and defense.

PK - Sebastian Janikowski - OAK/6 - $2

PK - Josh Scobee - PIT/11 - $2

Was going to go with Bailey and Scobee. Think the Steelers k is value at $2 regardless of Suisham, Hartley, or Scobee. When I added TE depth late, it was decided that I am willing to role the dice and go with lower tiered kickers. Sbass while old and on a meh offensive team is a total settle for pick me since I had dwindling $' for team defense and kicker. I went with him for reliability and largely based on a hope that the Raiders offense can be much improved and therefore perhaps give him more FG attempts. We'll see.

TD - Tampa Bay Buccaneers - TB/6 - $4

TD - Atlanta Falcons - ATL/10 - $3

Again, my decision to boost TE depth came at expense of my wanting to have Colts and/or Cardinals . Settled for defenses that are cheap and what look to be the easiest fantasy SOS as per FBG tools. We'll see. Was glad to see a post above that there is not much separation in week to week scoring between high priced defenses and the bottom of the barrel defenses. So if true, then I like the idea to scale back the defensive investment.

Tom Brady
Joe Flacco
Derek Carr

Marshawn Lynch
Jeremy Hill
Doug Martin
Branden Oliver
Christine Michael
Mike Tolbert

Julio Jones
Amari Cooper
Dorial Green-Beckham
Eddie Royal
Tyler Lockett
Danny Amendola

Rob Gronkowski
Travis Kelce
Ben Watson
Scott Chandler
Maxx Williams

Chandler Catanzaro
Josh Scobee
Ryan Succop

Miami Dolphins
Cincinnati Bengals
San Diego Chargers

Meh...we'll see how this plays out. I like the spreading of the bye weeks. Went TE heavy and replaced Graham with Kelce. I may regret that move.

QB Ryan

QB Bradford

Had Ben and Bradford for a longtime but at last minute switched to Ryan. May regret it but I like this pair a lot as long as Bradford stays healthy.

RB Hil

RB Forsett

RB Ivory

RB Martin

RB MIchael

2 Studs and 2 guys I think give me good production a lot of weeks. Then MIchael as cheap lottery ticket.

WR Julio

WR Bryant

WR Adams

WR S Johnson

WR DGB

WR Royal

WR Lockett

Gambling pairing Julio with Ryan on a late bye but what the heck. Think Bryant could be a beast when he comes off suspension and figured he would be lightly owned so when with him even though the price is fairly high for 12 games. Johnson and Royal I think give me at least one decent starter each week. DGB and Lockett are guys I figure may throw in some multiple TDs weeks.

TE Olsen

TE Bennett

TE Chandler

Went 2 stud TEs but no Gronk hopefully he doesn't kill me. Chandler could be big if Gronk gets hurt and even if not could have a few good weeks.

K Gano

K Scobee

K Seabass

K Succop

Cheap

DT Denver

DT Miami

Decided to go with 2 solid DTS hoping one scores real well most weeks. Switched from NE to Denver late.
