Clear 29-28 Moraes imo.  Pro was in at sub -160 and he has the followers to push that to -220+, as I've shown.  He called "up to -170", pure money from his followers chasing his release drove that over -200.  Moraes (should have) won the fight but supreme value on Asscow at +200 and we were rewarded.

The day I became a winning player was when I stopped trying to pick winners and started looking for value.  For me, there was a big difference in approach.  I only picked 7/12 with 1 perfect on tapology last night.  Didn't matter to the wallet.

The Servant as Leader

While servant leadership is a timeless concept, the phrase “servant leadership” was coined by Robert K. Greenleaf in The Servant as Leader, an essay that he first published in 1970. In that essay, Greenleaf said:

“The servant-leader is servant first… It begins with the natural feeling that one wants to serve, to serve first. Then conscious choice brings one to aspire to lead. That person is sharply different from one who is leader first, perhaps because of the need to assuage an unusual power drive or to acquire material possessions…The leader-first and the servant-first are two extreme types. Between them there are shadings and blends that are part of the infinite variety of human nature.

“The difference manifests itself in the care taken by the servant-first to make sure that other people’s highest priority needs are being served. The best test, and difficult to administer, is: Do those served grow as persons? Do they, while being served, become healthier, wiser, freer, more autonomous, more likely themselves to become servants? And, what is the effect on the least privileged in society? Will they benefit or at least not be further deprived?“

A servant-leader focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people and the communities to which they belong. While traditional leadership generally involves the accumulation and exercise of power by one at the “top of the pyramid,” servant leadership is different. The servant-leader shares power, puts the needs of others first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.

Good stuff, Hoot. I've studied servant leadership quite a bit over the last five years.
Taking classes for my masters through my employer.  Life changing.  My ego used to suffocate my soul.

Although the one question "Who serves the servant?", remains a riddle to me.

Good for you man.  It was life changing for me, too - probably moreso personally than professionally, but personal growth helped me professionally over the long run.

When you figure out the answer, let me know. I've asked the same thing. I'm trying to get my fiancé to study it but she's 29 and knows everything like I thought I did when I was that age.

Can you imagine the ###chewing that Kyle Busch is going to give his pit crew?
Kyle is at his best when he is pissed at the world.  He'll really be gunning for it now because he still hasn't won a race this season and his crew chief is looking at a 4 week suspension for not having those lugnuts on.

been at baseball game all day, is necktar over and howd golf do?
0-2 for sure.  The third one is 1% to lose outright 99% win/push.  Won't finish until tomorrow

Grillo threw up all over himself today.  I don't think anyone saw that one coming.

That was really bad, but it would have been 1200 badder if Truex didn't get up there.

Talk about worst caution ever with 70 to go though, ####
