great actor. first role I remember him from is Oz. he was a despicable guy. I guess most were on that show.

He was one of those "glue" guys.  Fine actor.

It's odd.  Anyone from The Wire has a special place amongst my circle of friends.  Unlike any show.

The Wire is in an unusual place.  Highly rated yet still the most underrated show ever.
