Incorrect. If you zoom in, you see the string from her top is hanging free of her body, falling a few inches lower than her hair. The dark streak is a mark on her skin (possibly part of a tattoo, I suppose), just to the left of her spine, that goes into her bikini bottoms.

Hmmm. Ok. I blame my bad eyes then.

 
So I took another look. No change...one should all BUTT Get this...

edit to add...lol at looking at her back...I hate the way her toes look...
