Contract Dynasty startup, no salaries. 12 teams, ppr (.5, 1, 1.5) , LeagueSafe

24 player rosters, 3 man Taxi Squad, start QB, RB, WR, TE, 2 Flex, Def, K 

1 to 3 year contacts, annual franchise player, transition player, and free agent auction

Most of the owners already in are good established players from other leagues I commission.
