Never in my lifetime did I think hillbilly heaven would be so progressive to pass and legalize "medical" marijuana.   The law still has to be worked on by the legislature so I can see Oklahoma pull some BS like the THC content can't be over 1/2 of what it is in Colorado like we do our beer (only 3.2 point).    From what I read it basically decriminalizes marijuana (I guess you will get a 400 dollar ticket if caught without a license, but no one is going to jail for smoking a doobie.)

 
Wish my state would get on board.  We have casinos, sports gambling in 30 days....we're missing out big time.

I honestly never thought in a million years Marijuana would pass in Oklahoma.  We are so RED that we still have 3.2 beer.  I wonder if people just voted YES to be funny?  It passed by a very large margin.  Hopefully, Mary Fallin won't #### it up.

We got craft beer in 2013  :bag:

I'm holding out hope...This whole thing has has been a huge landslide since the first state decided to legalize recreational use.  

 
3.2 beer is only in grocery stores and gas stations, you can get actual beer at a liquor store. The weird law in place in OK is that liquor stores can't have refrigeration, so the big macro breweries don't send any full point beer to the state, just the 3.2 stuff. Such a dumb outdated law. 

I would like to see the breakdown of the vote. It's obvious that public opinion has completely shifted on this issue this century, but I'm wondering if it's just changing demographics or if boomers don't care about this as much anymore. Probably a combination of both.

   Going to be a big push for recreational marijuana now that the medical marijuana has passed.
