I think you're selling yourself short.  We're doing this for my son's soccer team and it's a PITA for only $200.

Our pool is $20 per square and 50% goes to the team so $1,000 if we get them all sold (have about 30 left).

It's also much easier to spend a couple bucks and use a site like this to manage...  https://www.superbowlsquares.org/PFLV07

I have participated in a SB squares game for every year that I can remember but the one that I usually do sold out quicker than expected so I"m shut out.

Are there any SB pools left that I can get in on?

We do this but make every player responsible for X squares. So if 10 kids on team you have to sell 10 squares.  That way they get paid one way or the other

My son's travel baseball team has been doing this for the last 6 years.  The first couple of years it was all done by hand, but the last few years we've used a site called www.runyourpool.com.  It allows people to sign in and pick their own squares - which has always been a major roadblock for our team selling them.  After that, it's just coordinating the $$ collection, which has never been an issue.  We typically sell out 3 grids at $10/square - or 300 squares.  Half the money goes back to the baseball team.

The hardest part is coordinating the names from the parents who don't understand how to use the site.   :wall:
