TRUMP TO INFINITY AND BEYOND HQ - The Great and Positive Place (7 Viewers)

It's not moot.  All he has to do is tweet the opposite of whatever the Dems should do and they will unknowingly say "how high?".  Did I mention Twitter says you can work from home, forever?
Not if in you work in the hospitality industry according to Twitter. Hard to wait tables in the restaurant you work in from home.

Hospitality you say?:

Any thoughts on the hospitality workers forced back to work by the Native American casinos?
Link with numbers and locations where this is happening?

In any event, they shouldn't be forced back to work any more than people are forced back to their employers by state governors.

If I were a Senator or Congressman, the first person I would call to testify about the biggest political crime and scandal in the history of the USA, by FAR, is former President Obama. He knew EVERYTHING. Do it @LindseyGrahamSC
, just do it. No more Mr. Nice Guy. No more talk!

:goodposting:

You’re not an independent if you spend more time in here trashing President Trump than actual Democrats.

It’s one of the phoniest shticks going here these days. I have more respect for the biggest left wingers on this forum than these fake independents.
Flat wrong.  Every sentence in your post is incorrect, with the exception of the last. You certainly have the right to put your respect wherever you’d like.

Can you imagine the meltdown by the left had Trump shut down the entire country at the same time he shut down travel from China?  Or even a month later when most of them were still in denial.
They never admit that.  They spin it like Timmy where they try to make you believe that if he did it for national security everyone would have been fine with it.

I hate hypocrisy in politics so much, and Tim is the king of it.

Not everyone on the left here agrees with Tim or thinks he always speaks for us. I would never be comfortable in Trump acting unconstitutionally and trying to shut down this country (which would realistically be unenforceable anyway).

No fun my babe
No fun
No fun my babe
No fun
No fun to hang around
Feelin' that same old way
No fun to hang around
Freaked out for another day

No fun my babe
No fun
No fun my babe
No fun
No fun to be alone
Walking by myself
No fun to be alone
In love with somebody else

Well maybe go out, maybe stay home
Maybe call Mom on the telephone
Well c'mon, well c'mon
C'mon c'mon
Now Ron, I say Ron
C'mon an lemme hear you tell em
Lemme hear you tell em
Now I feel
I say lemme hear you
Tell em how I feel, yeah, my man
No fun to be alone
It's no fun to be alone
Hang on
Don't you lemme go
It's no fun to be alone
To be alone

I can't be the only one that thinks Don is making a yuge tactical mistake getting into a pissing match with Obama. How does blaming a recent two-time winner and still admired president help his 53% disapproval rating?

" LOCK HIM UP"

You'll be hearing it alot at rallies this political season.

I don't think his rating is what he's worried about.

Of course, the problem with ignoring me on this particular issue is that most of what I’m saying is agreed with by the majority of the American public. You can ignore them as well if you like, though you won’t be able to after November.
I'm not sure it's the issue that people want to ignore Tim.

Tim, you're one of the few never-Trumpers willing to address this election with the same optimistic confidence that our opponents almost always display. Fivethirtyeight had an interesting email chat yesterday discussing the psychology behind never-Trumpers' caution, even though the numbers are on our side.

FWIW, Rachel Bitecofer, whom we've discussed in various other threads, says that Biden is a heavy favorite, too. She called the midterms on the nose and looks at the numbers a little differently than most observers, but even though that's encouraging to me, I can't bring myself to feel good about things. And probably won't until and if it's actually called for Sleepy Joe. I'll get pretty excited if North Carolina and Pennsylvania fall early in the evening, though it'll feel a little like when Southampton goes up a goal on Liverpool.

You provide good entertainment and your post volume single handedly keeps things afloat in here. There are only a couple it’s worth using on.
The "little s twins" are a great start. I honestly think I'm good now simply having those two on ignore. I don't want to create a bubble for myself after all.

Yeah I find her arguments compelling. I do try to be an optimistic person in general but I need reason to do so. I wasn’t optimistic in 2016. I predicted Hillary would win but I was increasingly nervous about it and very critical of her campaign.

I’m not optimistic right now. I think Trump will get crushed in the election but who cares? By then it will be too late. I doubt I’ll be in any mood to celebrate. We can’t wait until January for good leadership, we need it now. If only President Trump were willing to lead, RIGHT NOW, I’d happily vote for his re-election despite everything. I mean that sincerely.

No doubt. But what bothers me about President Trump is that there appear to be certain types of people that he wants less of than others.
Latinos are more vulnerable to COVID and Mexico is only testing about a quarter of the people the US is. Seems like bow is a good time to figure things out instead bringing people in from outside of the community.

Just got hit with my first random act of kindness. Guy in front of me paid for my Wendies.

Thanks Trump you have made America great again. I am going to start thanking Trump for everything good that happens to me. Kind of the opposite of what some on the left do.

#orangeman good

Trump is now responsible for random acts of kindness in this country?

Sorry, I'm not staying at home all day goofing off on the forum. I got things to do.

Shawn Yanity, chairman of the Stillaguamish tribe, has said the tribe decided to reopen the casino because it has bills to pay, loan payments to make and more than 850 laid-off employees eager to get back to work.
More Opening

The Angel of the Winds casino operated by the Stillaguamish Tribe in Arlington was the first to open on the west side of the Cascades and drew thousands of people in a line of cars that stretched four miles from the property along the highway.

“It was daunting,” said general manager Travis O’Neil. “We did not know what to expect, and if the neighbors are reading this, I apologize.” The tribe eventually called out its police and county officers also worked the traffic that frustrated locals just trying to get home.

People waited in line for entry for three hours and longer. Operating at only half capacity, the facility has been constantly full since it opened, despite operating 24 hours a day,  O’Neil said. Part of the delay in entering was a safety briefing and temperature check for every patron, O’Neil said. “We are taking this very seriously.”
