Need help! Picking 1.1 in a 14 team, non-PPR, 2 keeper league. (1 Viewer)

My draft is in a couple of days, 14 team non-PPR with 2 keepers.  I have Nick Chubb (11th round) and Adam Theilen (13th round).  My options for first pick In loose order are:

• Gurley
  
• Bell
  
• Tyreek Hill
  
• D. Adams
  
• Julio
  
• Kelce
  
• Beckham
  
• Thomas
  
• D. Cook
  
• Mixon
  
• Fournette
  

All the other players in the top 20 are being kept.  The obvious dillema is whether or not to risk picking Zeke or not.  Nobody here will make it back around.  We’ve seen DJ’s upside, but there’s soooo much new going on in ARI it’s hard to feel any more confident.   Being non-PPR, RBs are premium. I have Chubb and Theilen as good risk mitigation in my opinion.  So what would you do, and why?  Will gladly try to give back to your questions.

I take Cook out of those guys.  I am tempted by Tyreek but I think WR's are easier to find than RB's later on.
