Thoughts? The 2020 2nd being asked for stands to be top 3. 

12 team dynasty ppr. I am trading for Gallup. The 2nd is not mine

which 2nd do you project to be the lower of them?  If you are serious about the trade, I would want to move the pick that is projected to be later in the draft.

I only own one 2nd, and it's the other member of this trade's pick. 

He owns mine from a previous trade. he is rebuilding. 

Edit: he would be my wr5/6

Sorry, so you have just the one 2nd rounder.  Based on your WRs... you don't need Gallup.  I would pass.
