I don't think this is accurate. I'm not team blue. I'm just part of the majority of America that opposes an obviously corrupt, inept president. Team red has become team trump... a far cry from what team red was supposed to be. Team blue has always been a catch all for everyone who isn't far right. There haven't been centrists on team red in a while. Team blue is almost an all-inclusive group of people from centrist to far left, however, they've left out fiscal conservatives. Those few of us remaining have absolutely no party.

I’m pretty close to 101% sure Trump has done some corrupt things before he was President. I mean casinos were notoriously linked to mafia and money laundering types. So I won’t argue with you about his morals.
I don’t think you or I know how many centrists exist on either side. But I think we can agree that the division being fomented in this country is real. We get divided between even men vs women. The elite love to create and maintain division amongst us.

While I agree the basic premise of what you’re saying (there’s a large divide) I don’t believe in any mastermind “elite’s” pulling the levers. You just have to look to this forum to see we do it to ourselves. People pick a side then dig their heals in. Seems to be hardwired in our DNA. No need to look for some boggy man in the closet.
Yes there are bad people with power doing bad things (both sides), always have been. But we need to be the change we need.

Mastermind implies one boss. I’m sure there are many of these G8 -G7 attendees who collude to shape policy in their favor. It is human nature to have corruption in high places. They used to call them kings and queens, dukes and earls. Now it’s just the “elites,” current queens acknowledged of course.

To be fair @wikkidpissah, you're debating your points on a forum that voted in majority that Trump's presidency is worse than 9/11. That's about all you should need to know.

I actually debate as little as possible and seldom post in threads w the word "Trump" in the title, because i know how set the board is and don't care to waste time when most of what it adds is rancor. But i love the FBG forums and my motto is to live, love and leave it better than you found it. Therefore, i try to contribute - information, insight, humor & camaraderie - where i can. No more complicated than that
