I'll admit to enjoying most of the movies and shows, but how many times do they need to reboot the franchise? Batman makes X-Men look underdone. 

Now there's an HBO series?  🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️

Honestly, is Hollywood just running out of good ideas? There's a lot more content than before, but so many reboots. 

I'll be waiting until HBO is offered for free before watching, but is anyone excited for this one?

 
Running out of ideas? Spend 10 minutes combing through the millions of new shows and movies available on Netflix, Hulu, prime etc and let me know how they’ve run out of ideas. 

 
Hate to say but I’ve really enjoyed most of your list and will look forward to watching the next 3 reboots.

I kind of miss the days when it took a few years to reboot a franchise.

I said "good ideas". (And was mostly joking)

There does seem to be too many services out there these days.  I won't subscribe to more. Netflix, Disney+, and prime are arguably too many already.

I know that for years they've been trying to set a procedural drama in Gotham PD. Like, Law & Order but in the Batman world with the rogue's gallery and the corrupt cops/mayor, but possibly without the actual Batman character all the time.

HBO just pulled off Watchmen, which was amazing, so, maybe they could manage to not completely screw this up.

They did this already with Gotham, which I really enjoyed. 

 
This is really not another reboot, it's DC and WB being stupid. They can't decide what streaming service the DC stuff should stay, this should be on the DC service not HBO, however WB and DC are putting more on HBO Max than DC and releasing shows first on HBO Max. It's very strange how they have decided that HBO Max is the home for this stuff.

 
I hope I am not the only practically giggling thinking of how all  the movies  everyone has named would look if you just replaced a character with Batman.

Yeah, I do get the desire to make money.

But oversaturating the market can ruin it. 

The Batman trailer doesn't look all that interesting.
