The whole conversation was about how there are more questions then answers right now. These are questions the American people deserve answers to.

And there has been wrong doing. Bevin Cloony's emails showed "20 to H and 10 held by H for the big man". The big man being Joe Biden. That's money from a Chinese firm while he was VP.

“for the big man?” Not just “for the big man”

Oh, like the way you made your mind up that the agent who served the warrant is the same agent who worked in the child porn department? Or like the way you made your mind up that the agent who worked in the child porn department 5 years ago must still be working in the child porn department, even though the article you linked did not confirm that?

Assuming that email is even real, how do you know the big man is Joe Biden? We're in cheese pizza territory here.

I was brought up that a person is innocent until proven guilty.  That article does not prove anything.  As our President likes to say...  Fake news (although it's from his side now).

I agree with you. The only thing the article proves is that a child porn lawyer wants to see the laptop that you correctly state may or may not belong to Hunter. Information isn't your enemy. Read it and shrug it off if you think it's a waste of time.

I am so confused. This conversation started with a claim that the FBI is putting a child porn agent on the Hunter Biden laptop case and then a link was provided which didn't say that at all and now we are talking about "big man" Biden getting kick backs while VP based on an email that was written in the present tense in May 2017.

This is the same exact crap that happened with the Podesta emails in 2016 where I tried really hard to understand what the accusations were but nothing made any sense.

The info is in the link.

Big man was part of the Cooney disclosures. This is separate from the laptop stuff.

Why would anyone think that an unproven theory is anything but a waste of time?  Unless it's someone trying to put misinformation out.  You do make me laugh though.

Glad I could brighten your day. Also glad you agree that 3 year Russiagate hoax was a waste too. Just dont get sucked up into "Russia did it" again.

Lol, X2.  This election has gotten waaaaay past policies for me.  It's a referendum on human decency (or the lack thereof).  Figure out for yourself which candidate is decent.

The email is from May 2017. Biden was not VP then. Why are you misrepresenting facts here?

Also, why did you remove the question mark from the quote? Is it because you knew that your theory would be less believable if you had accurately quoted it?

(edit: the email actually says "10 held by H for the big guy?")

You're correct. I had my facts wrong. The payment was made after Biden left office.

Take a couple years off, load up on payments from China, jump back in.

One of the people copied on the email spoke with Fox News and confirmed its validity, with the source identifying "the big guy" as Joe Biden.

Hi Tony,

I'm not sure where you got that quote, but it is an altered version of what was printed in the Fox News article.

Here's what the Fox News article actually said:

"Fox News spoke to one of the people who was copied on the email, who confirmed its authenticity."

This would confirm that the email is authentic, but it would not necessarily confirm -- as @TheMagus asked -- if "the big man" was Joe Biden.

Furthermore, the Fox News article stated:

"Sources told Fox News that "the big guy" is a reference to the former vice president."

Note that the article does not state any of these sources are the same person who confirmed that the email was authentic.

This is a common tactic in the Fake News world, where language is shifted slightly to imply more than what was actually stated.

Please note that I am not accusing you of spreading the Fake News; only of falling for it. Thank you.

I've been away from this thread for a few hours and I am a little confused.

From glancing at the posts, is it now claimed that the alleged laptop that Hunter Biden dropped off at the blind guy's computer repair shop contained child pornography?

Are people seriously running with this?

I don't think anyone of substance (here or elsewhere) has made that specific claim yet. But we are definitely into "cheese pizza" range. It's only a matter of time before the vague accusations morph into "Well, the police are investigating him for child porn now, let's wait for the police to finish their investigation before clearing him..."

:lmao:.   Now you're all concerned about the source.

The New York Post published the Biden story with missing bylines because most of the reporter's in the newsroom were dubious of the article's accuracy.

Quote

Another reporter on the story had little to do with the writing or reporting of it, according to 3 people with knowledge of how it was prepared. She learned that her byline was on the story only after it was published, the people said.

From my understanding of the law...If there was child pornography found on "Hunter Biden's laptop", he'd already be in custody. So, I don't think we have to wait for the investigation to officially end before he can conclude that  there is nothing to see here.

In THIS ARTICLE from USA Today, neither the NY Post nor Giuliani have shared the full chain of custody on how they ended up with whatever they have. And neither will share the information with anyone else. Neither party will comment, and the FBI isn’t talking either. The emails the NY Post published are PDF files without any metadata to try to research and track the emails to try to verify if they might be legit. If they were convinced everything they had was on the up and up, why not let people do their forensic due diligence?

Republican Senators are.  This is how valid the Republican Party has become:

So she says the handwriting on a subpoena was the same as an FBI agent who had previously worked on child pornography cases.

Apparently, that’s the evidence so far.

This is getting more and more far-fetched.  Almost as bad as the teenager accusing Biden of creeping on her.  You would think that the Republicans would be better at this.

Narrator: They’re not

This is just so bad. It’s like a Hollywood studio trying to make a sequel to a blockbuster before it loses its popularity and have no idea how to do it.

We really need another October surprise. Doesn’t looks like Barr and Durham found anything usable. Rudy keeps saying he’s got something...

No anyone but Rudy.

Have you seen the polls? We need something, anything to turn it around. Call Rudy.

Rudy: So there’s this laptop that’s going to have some Hunter Biden emails on it. It’s going to bring up an old scandal. We’ll leak the information a couple of weeks before the election and get the FBI to say they’re investigating.

But that’s what happened in 2016.

Rudy: Exactly

Well Rudy you’re all we got. Just make sure you take it to a paper that won’t verify it.
