We were all talking about our fantasy teams, so no one had a leg to stand on in that department.
 . I'm just kidding anyway. Nothing sounds like a needle scratch on a record like that comment at times. It's so overused that it makes me cringe for the user, not the person it's directed against.

Hey, man, I dig football. What can I say?

I'm in a 12 team dynasty league and was in great shape until this off season. Had the best record but lost in the championship game. Now I could be in shambles as my core was Watson,Adams,James Robinson and Cooks. With Rivers retirement only other QB is Jones.
Good year to get a new QB. I don't really even need one but will probably grab one just because the class is so loaded.

I think I am at the point where my new ideas are drying up, so for this channel, we will just take stuff from artists I think should be on this channel, but have been taken previously for other mixes.

Hey, raise your hand if you don't have teh COVID!

My hand stays down.

Think I caught it on Wednesday night, when I was inside a few stores/shops with groups of people (all masked) and then also had dinner indoors at a restaurant (stupid - it was windy out).  Other than that I hadn't been inside a store or restaurant or with anyone other than my three-person core for more than a week.  Anyway, started getting very sick Friday night and had a test Saturday.

It was very brutal for a day, then a little better for the last day.  My fever is mostly gone, but I still have a lot of symptoms, none of them dire (my blood oxygen saturation is very good and no troubling breathing).  My biggest issue at this point is the utter exhaustion and body aches.  I've napped for two days straight, something I otherwise never do.  I basically can't do much of anything.  Just too tired.  That includes making picks here, which is why I've been out of pocket!

Hopefully back at it soon.

Any issues w/ loss of taste or smell?

I don't think I've lost smell.  I can also still taste things, but they taste odd/metallic.  Even right now I have a metallic taste in my mouth.  But I haven't had much of anything for two days, so not a huge sample size.

I had that metallic taste sensation the day after my second shot. It's such a strange symptom

So sorry to hear that!! Feel better soon 💛

Round 359 - Poptopia

Sweet - Little Willy

When I was 8 years old my favorite albums were the "Best of Sweet" and Backstreet Boys "Millennium", I had very broad taste for a child lol

Round 360 - GRRRLS, GRRRLS, GRRRLS

Spinnerette - Ghetto Love

Brody Dalle 🤘🏾

My family and I saw them live when I was in high school back in 2009. Some punk rock girls stepped in front of me and hit on @Eephus and gave me a look like "go away kid" and I had to tell them that he was my dad. They left soon after. I prevented my mom from having to step in and sort them out 😂

Another get well wish from the bleachers. ❤️  I'm really sorry to hear this.

I hope it isn't too worrisome, that your mental state is good, and that it passes very quickly. You have our best, krista4. Please feel free to vent, pontificate, or whatever you feel like doing. I'm sure I speak for everybody when I tell you we truly and greatly value your writing and your insights about things here. Again, best.

This is all so sweet.  Thank you, and thanks for all the well wishes from everyone.
I'm mostly fine mentally (or as fine as I ever am).  Not worried about getting crazy-sick or dying.  Mostly frustrated because I can do almost nothing right now.  I had washed my bedding, and putting it all back on the bed wore me the hell out.  Sitting around doing precisely nothing isn’t my jam.

Glad it doesn't sound serious. I am surprised you weren't vaxxed yet.

Oof. I dread every update to Spotify on Mac. My old Spotify version was so bad that it hung up and stalled pretty much every fourth search and was just impossible to use. Took a while to figure out how to wipe and install a new one. Mine works pretty well now.
This happens to me all the time.

A few weeks ago at a neighborhood party I was talking to a guy who had something similar happen. His league is dynasty/start 2 QB. He had rode Watson, Rivers and Carr for a few years. Now currently he has Carr and Tyrod Taylor.
The dynasty team I run with JZilla looks to be in real good shape for next season, especially if Love happens to start in GB. I drafted and held him all season this year and it looked like we'd be throwing him back a wasted pick (we keep 10 from year to year so not full dynasty), but now he may sneak in to that 10 in a 2 QB/superflex, with Big Ben and Gallup being drops.

Mayfield, Brady, Big Ben, Love

Ekeker, Dobbins, Gibson

AJ Brown, Tyreek, Woods, McLaurin, Gallup

Round 361 - The David Bowie Channel

David Bowie - Heroes

I, I can remember (I remember)
Standing, by the wall (by the wall)
And the guns, shot above our heads (over our heads)
And we kissed, as though nothing could fall (nothing could fall)
And the shame, was on the other side
Oh we can beat them, for ever and ever
Then we could be Heroes, just for one day

We can be Heroes
We can be Heroes
We can be Heroes
Just for one day
We can be Heroes
