they have been beating him up all series. i have heard a few talk about it as a gameplan knowing he has a torn meniscus and just wearing him down physically. Looks like it has finally taken it's toll, i can't remember the last time Embiid went even close 0-12Something not right with Embiid.
Whole second half is baffling. Embiid is obviously hurt but Doc decided now is the time to run the whole offense through himUnsure why they went away from setting up Curry for shots in the 3rd/4th.
He's been making most everything.
I have a hard time fouling him up 1 with 14 seconds.He was....wow
Yeah, they missed a ton of shots they usually make.Hawks shot 37% and we lost. That's just awful.
They were down by 18 late in the 2nd tonight. Sixers blew this one. This does not feel like a 2-2 series, Atlanta looked dead in the water after games 2 & 3. Wild.
3rd Q is one to watch again. I don't really know how they lost either, i know Collins turned it up, and Sixers may have spent too much time complaining about refs missing calls, but blowing that double point, near 20 point lead for most of the first 2.5 quarters is just terribleHawks shot 37% and we lost. That's just awful.
25 and 18 is pretty impressive but he missed too many shots. Not sure if he's tired or just good Philly D focusing on him (or both). He has been great though overall through the postseason.Philly blew it for sure, but man, Trae has really impressed me this postseason.
Simmons is giving him a lot of trouble25 and 18 is pretty impressive but he missed too many shots. Not sure if he's tired of just good Philly D focusing on him (or both). He has been great though overall through the postseason.
Everybody (save maybe the Suns) has had their bad games but I still think the Clippers look like they are the best team (save a health Nets) when they are on.Clippers defense looking locked in again. Suns might have a nice long rest ahead of them.
No doubt. I've been impressed by his assists and turnover ratio going against some elite defenses in his first postseason. He's a lot more well rounded than I thought coming out of college.25 and 18 is pretty impressive but he missed too many shots. Not sure if he's tired or just good Philly D focusing on him (or both). The Clippers defense looks a lot better with Zubac on the bench and Beverly and/or Mann in the game. At times Morris/Leonard/George and two non-centers can be really tough for opponents when they're locked in.Clippers defense looking locked in again. Suns might have a nice long rest ahead of them.
The only time he should be in the game is when Gobert is on the court and only then some of the time. The Clippers defense looks a lot better with Zubac on the bench and Beverly and/or Mann in the game. 13 eitherHey Jazz, 10 points in one quarter isn't going to cut it.
The Jazz are really missing Mike Conley's ability to create. They have the shooters but Donovan Mitchell can only do so much and Jordan Clarkson has the ball in his hands way too much.Hey Jazz, 10 points in one quarter isn't going to cut it.
Yeah, Batum at the 5 stretches Gobert out a bit so he can’t just deny everything at the rim. They’re also much better with Rondo off the floor, it’s incredible that he got 28 minutes in game 1. Seems like Lue has figured out the rotations now, just took him 2 games to do it.The Clippers defense looks a lot better with Zubac on the bench and Beverly and/or Mann in the game. Well I mean, it is a pretty big deal.Commentators overstating the Conley absence
He’s not ####### michael Jordan
1st on a team in assists, 1st in steals, 1st in A/TO, 3rd in PER, 4th in scoring, 3rd in 3PM, 2nd in 3P%, 2nd in FTM and FTA, and, you know, an all-star and starting point guard.Well I mean, it is a pretty big deal.
If embiid just shoots like 30 to 40 percent in second half, sixers win. He was hurting and cold. Pass the ball big manSeth shot 70% from the field for Philly.
Running plays for him in the 3rd and 4th quarter would have been a good idea.
