I don’t mean to spoil things but out of respect for my wife I don’t drink at home anymore.

No worries, just trying to joke around a bit.  Lots of stress for everyone and of course keep the analysis coming.

Going to pick up dinner in 15 min:

Heirloom Tomatoes, Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, Olive Oil

Garbanzo Bean, Vegetable Stew, Housemade Lamb Sausage, Greek Yogurt (wife--minus the sausage)

Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop, Grits, Guajillo Sauce (son)

Madras Chicken Curry, Basmati Rice, Chutney (me)

Will start with a white Burgundy and then transition to something stronger.

Since you bastards got whiskey on my mind, here is what I picked up for tonight’s goat rodeo:

- High West Double Rye

- Fee Brothers standard Bitters (also have the Orange)

- Luxardo maraschino cherries

I told myself NO POURS BEFORE 7PM!!  Oh hey, look at the time

You had me at fresh mozzarella.

God literally places that on the planet for us to enjoy. True story.

I thought you made lawyer money?

Friend owns a local distillery and gifted me a bottle.   Since I figured I'd end up drinking the whole thing, I didn't want to waste the good stuff.

Per @tri-man 47's suggestion, cross posting from the polling nerds thread, my attempt to watch a couple of quick reporting counties in Indiana and compare to 2016:

Quote

I've been trying to look at some of the quicker reporting counties myself.  The only two that NYTimes has over 75% of the vote in for IN are Wabash and Boone, of which I know nothing about.  But if you look at only two party votes:

Wabash : Trump/Biden 73.1/26.9, Trump/Clinton 76.5/23.5

Boone : Trump/Biden 58.4/41.6, Trump/Clinton 65.9/34.1

So Trump '20 running -3.4% and -7.5% vs. '16 when he won by 19%

Turnout is at 90% and 92% of 2016 so far.  NYTimes has them both at 78% of estimated total vote, but no idea how they calculate that.
