Obviously, I disagree. The difference between me and you is that I can see it on both sides.

I literally agreed with you. We just disagree about the level on each side.

The court made absolutely clear any recording of a court proceeding is "absolutely prohibited"—and violations may result in sanctions. 🔽

And, in a shocking new development:

It’s possible everyone voted for Trump.  Even Biden.

Can’t be.  I voted for Biden 6 times myself.

On August 13, "Biden" will appear on national television and remove his mask, proving that you actually voted for Trump 6 times!  That's when the Space force will move in and begin arresting Democrats in congress for child porn.  The Supreme Court will declare that all Jewish lasers are unconstitutional and will be disabled.

So Trump wasn't an anti-masker all along.

Weird how they claim ballots were inadvertently scanned twice, but the hand recount found slightly more votes in Fulton County than in the original machine count.   If "thousands" of votes had been double-scanned, the hand recount would have found thousands less votes, not a few more.

Fewer.

you are correct, although I'm not sure that non-existent votes are actually countable.

Fish just stop.  Seriously.  Facts matter none in this regard.  It’s all feels.  As many have stated here they won’t be convinced Biden got 81 million votes. They just flat won’t.  It’s all wasted time at this point.

Are you sure? Trump won in a landslide, so maybe you voted for him 6 times.

This is an excellent podcast discussing the more than 500 arrests (so far) from J6, and the status of all the cases

From the grandmother who got three years probation for being inside the capitol, to the Proud Boys and other militia groups who committed conspiracies…

A Colorado judge ordered these election fraud lawyers to be sanctioned and ordered to pay attorney's fees to the defendants.  Its hard to state how extraordinary these rulings are.  In 25 years of litigation practice, I can count on one hand the number of cases I've had that were dismissed on the pleadings.  That was the result in nearly every one of these frivolous election lawsuits, filed in state and federal courts across the country.  I've never been involved in a case where the judge ordered one side's lawyers to pay legal fees of the opposing counsel.  I've never been involved in a case where the Court ruled the lawsuit was filed in bad faith.  That's happening in several of these election lawsuits now. You can read this and feel how difficult it is for the judge to get there in this case, but he gets there.

A Trump sycophant at the DOJ wanted the Georgia legislature to nullify Biden's win and had an official letter ready to go until the threat of mass resignations thwarted him.

https://talkingpointsmemo.com/news/report-jeff-clark-urged-doj-officials-to-block-biden-georgia-win

Quote

Emails show a top Trump DOJ official advocating for federal law enforcement to throw its weight behind a demand that Georgia reject Biden’s win in the state in last year’s election, ABC reports.

Then-acting civil division chief Jeffrey Clark sent a draft letter on Dec. 28, 2020 that asked the governor and state legislature of Georgia to convene a special session that would examine mythical allegations of mass voter fraud perpetuated by President Trump, ABC reported.

The letter, the report said, also appeared to assert that the DOJ wanted the state to examine the supposed issues as they related to appointing of presidential electors.

“While the Department of Justice believe[s] the Governor of Georgia should immediately call a special session to consider this important and urgent matter, if he declines to do so, we share with you our view that the Georgia General Assembly has implied authority under the Constitution of the United States to call itself into special session for [t]he limited purpose of considering issues pertaining to the appointment of Presidential Electors,” the memo reads, as reported by ABC.

Clark now works for the New Civil Liberties Alliance, TPM reported on Monday, a group that, among other things, fights vaccine mandates.

He first made headlines in the weeks after the Jan. 6 insurrection, when the New York Times reported that Trump had considered replacing then-acting Attorney General Jeffrey Rosen with Clark.

Per the NYT, Clark also reportedly told Rosen to declare that the election had been tainted with corruption, and that Trump would install him as AG.

The emails were reportedly provided this week to the House Oversight Committee. That same panel released notes last week compiled by acting Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue, which included notes from a phone call — one day before the draft letter, on Dec. 27 — recording Trump as telling the two officials that he was considering installing Clark as attorney general.

Clark reportedly sent the draft letter to both Rosen and Donoghue, who rejected it.

“There is no chance that I would sign this letter or anything remotely like this,” Donoghue reportedly wrote. “While it maybe true that the Department ‘is investigating various irregularities in the 2020 election for President’ (something we typically would not state publicly) the investigations that I am aware of relate to suspicions of misconduct that are of such a small scale that they simply would not impact the outcome of the Presidential Election.”

Clark also reportedly asked that then-Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe be permitted to deliver a briefing to DOJ leadership on “foreign election interference issues,” before referencing a theory that focused on a new source for the supposed election theft: China accessing Dominion voting machines via the internet and “through a smart thermostat with a net connection trail.”

I don't even know where this goes anymore:

Breaking: Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, and Mike Lindell have all lost their bids to dismiss the defamation claims brought by Dominion Voting Systems. The multi-billion dollar lawsuits will move forward.

That sounds more like the Detroit Lions.

These guys are as toxic as former Lions Head Coaches.

But the lions are probably about as rich a franchise  as there is.

I actually think this is great.  If you have a case with evidence bring it.  wish this would happen all the time but politics and all empower this kind of garbage.  I don't think Biden got 81 million votes but without evidence & it was certified,  he is my/our president.

game over.

"The narrative may have originated or been repeated by Former President Trump and it may be one that many Americans' share, however, that neither renders it true nor justifies counsel’s exploitation of the courts to further spread it."

They will also owe Attorney's fees to both the State of Michigan and Detroit - the amount will be contested over the next 4 weeks.  Detroit and Michigan will submit their bill within 14 days, and the defendants have 14 days from then to challenge the work/cost.

The other big take away from the ruling was the Court finding that Lin Wood was responsible for the filings.  If you recall, during the hearing, he basically disavowed any participation or knowledge.  Judge found him to be not credible, "And despite being told that he had the opportunity to attach an affidavit to his supplemental brief in order to put his oath behind his factual assertions (see ECF No. 157 at Pg ID 5517), Wood surprisingly chose not to do so."

We need more of this and maybe this will all end.  Right now all these people see it as a giant grift and when the balance sheet shifts to more outgoing than incoming they will probably drop it.

Right. In a just world the penalty, other than sanctions or disbarment, would be a fine that is X* the amount of donations they received perpetuating this scam.

I propose X = the multiplier the grifter is claiming donations are matched by.

Ron Filipkowski@RonFilipkowski

The Australian Broadcasting Corp has released an amazing documentary called, “Fox and The Big Lie.” Here, reporter Sarah Ferguson eviscerates Sidney Powell, causing her to walk off the set.

(To be fair, she never should have agreed to sit for the interview in the first place...)
