Who to start? Julio Jones or Ju Ju Smith?

Who should I start this week? Julio if healthy against the raiders is a no brainer. But he has been hampered with a hamstring injury. I could play JUJu against the ravens. I’m not sure what to do

Julio... at this point not sure that game happens Sunday, and even if it does get played Ben spreads the ball over.

No question Julio,but if he's inactive Steelers play Tuesday night,maybe. So you could still plug JuJu in
