Alex Smith is the NFL's Most Terrifying Miracle (1 Viewer)

Smith looked competent, if not good, today...and maybe he'll have another chance at a playoff game (at home) in January.

His E:60 made me a fan for life. He played really well today. Most of his passes were right on the money.

While happy to see Smith back, healthy, and playing well, Mike McCarthy having an NFL head coaching job has got to be a close second place (and closing fast) for most terrifying NFL miracle right now.

Gotta be one of the greatest feel good stories of all time. He also comes across as a really humble and great guy.

The common denominator being Aaron Rodgers. McCarthy owes his career, in part, to Rodgers. And Rodgers owes his career, in part, to Smith.
