Papa Bear Memorial Dynasty League, in it's 17th year, is looking for one more dedicated replacement owner to take over an orphaned franchise.

League details:

16 team, $55 yearly fee, PPR, IDP, 37 man roster plus 4 rookie-only taxi spots and 6 IR (in season).  Teams are currently carrying up to 42 players as there was no roster cut down implemented last year following the draft, due to Covid.

$55 will be required to take over the last remaining open franchise.

A Replacement Owner Draft (or Dispersal Draft) is held so as to avoid the pitfalls of strong/weak team vacancies and to allow new team owners a sense of freedom and strategy as they set out in the league.

The ROD will consist of all players currently rostered by the three open teams, Skol Sister's team, all players available in the Free Agent Pool at the start of the ROD, as well as the following draft picks:

New owners are awarded vacant franchises at random, with roster management capabilities (adds, drops, trades etc.) turned off.  Once all the openings have been filled, and funds received, the ROD will be scheduled.
