Truth be told. I’ve done a lot of things in my life. But not as much as he did. Didn’t give my life as he did. Gave life for his country.

If you’re interested in Pat’s life (and death) there’s a very moving book called “Where Men Win Glory” by Jon Krakauer that gives a great account.
