Seems like Google Chrome is sucking up a ton of data lately. 

Any suggestions for other mobile browserson Android?

Been using the search engine for a long time. Didn't even realize there was a browser. Started using it after your post and find it has a similar look & feel but faster than Chrome.

I bet they are using open source stuff from the same code base as Chrome.
