***Indy at Miami*** (-2.5) O/U 42.5 (1 Viewer)

Another beautiful South Florida day

Go!
Miami is only favored by 2.5 points, but it should be more. Wentz is banged up and their all-pro guard is out, along with 4 other starters. Miami is only missing its center and Tua. Brissett has been playing better IMO behind that bad oline.  He buys more time in the pocket, and his long throws have hit Parker in the hands twice, and Fuller once in overtime. Brissett could make a claim to the starting job with the next 2 games. Tua is expected back for the JAX game in London.

BTW, it just rained in Miami Beach, a quick 3 minute shower from the 10-20 mph ocean breeze.

2020 1st rounder CB Noah Igbinoghene and 2021 3rd rounder TE Hunter Long inactive.

Noah might be cut next year, Long is a 2022 hedge for Gesicki. He looked good in camp and preseason.

Waddle on 2nd and 6, wide open to the sideline but doesn't reach for the FD marker and Miami had to convert a 3rd down that was not necessary.

Waddle another 5 yd catch and pick up

Muffed snap but Brissett somehow manages to recover it and actually throw it away...Miami gonna settle for FG opp if they are lucky here.

Miami's offense so far looks like they try and gain about 3-4-5 on FD every time, there's zero threat they are going to try and pass the ball down the field, at least not so far on either 1st or 2nd down. No speed being exploited, i thought this Waddle kid was fast. Shouldn't they get him 4-5 carries a game just in case he breaks one for a log gain?

End around down?

The QB is limited, IDC a what he says.

Just to add more spin to the Miami RB situation, Ahmed has had a couple touches although he basically just lost his footing and yardage on a nice 2nd and 2 that he lost yards on.

Fuller finds 6 yds on 3rd down, Miami somehow manages to keep the clock moving and pick up a first down...very slow burn this offense.

10 plays already, only on the Colts 35 yd line.

Miami Defense barely been on the field today, 1 drive so far, think it was close to a 3 n out, they are going to be fresh most of the day. Colts on the other hand should be ripe at some point for a breakdown on defense, maybe Waddle or Fuller will get loose and get a big gain.

Ahmed with 3 carries for 1 yard. He's not hitting the hole like last year. Jacoby is our best RB.
