For a PPR league. I have Cooks, Gibson, Jeudy available for a flex spot. I’m not sure if Jeudy will be back at top form, but I don’t really trust the others either.

I definitely like Jeudy. Monitor his practice status and feedback and if so, he looked like their main weapon before going down. If he is iffy at all, I'd fall back to Cooks, but against LAR I am not super confident.

Cooks is a perfectly fine starter in PPR every week in all but the shallowest of leagues. Gibson seems questionable and I wouldn't rush to shove Jeudy into my lineups just yet
