    QB Justin Herbert, LAC

I doubt it. Herbert has played through multiple serious injuries in his career to date. I expect him to play.

Las Vegas Raiders thread - ☠ Keep firin' 'em Pete, eventually it'll be you and the real culprit for family Christmas dinner at Allegiant ☠

And this problem is made harder by the fact that there are 10-20 other franchises asking the same question, meaning they are all competing for the same players. This is a reason why some UFA OL contracts seemed unexpectedly high last offseason.

    **Raiders at Chargers**(-10, 41) 4:25

My “interpretation” is about whether or not he was taunting. I don’t dispute he was yelling.

    **Raiders at Chargers**(-10, 41) 4:25

Herbert was still yelling whatever he was saying and was looking past Crosby, not at him. He wasn’t directing whatever he was saying at Crosby. And on top of that, we don’t even know what he was saying. After the play, cameras caught Crosby saying to Herbert “you were yelling in my ear”. He...

    QB Brock Purdy, SF

Weren't there multiple posters saying Purdy is "Garoppolo 2.0?" Where are those posters today?

    **Raiders at Chargers**(-10, 41) 4:25

Yeah, I saw it live and on replay. My comment stands.

    **Raiders at Chargers**(-10, 41) 4:25

No, he wasn't directing his comments at any Raider. He was directing enthusiasm at his teammates.

    **Raiders at Chargers**(-10, 41) 4:25

Unfortunately, the Chargers' schedule the rest of the way will be much harder than today.

    Maxx was clearly wrong.

    WR Brandon Aiyuk, SF

As you noted, the team can release him whenever they want to and designate him as post June 1 if desired. They might have promised him a particular release date but it wouldn't be driven by that post June 1 designation... and could they be held to that promise anyway? I'm not sure how. Is he...

    QB Brock Purdy, SF

PFF charted Purdy with 3 turnover worthy plays last week. They have him with 8 on the season. That is a high number given his number of dropbacks and pass attempts on the season, but it is also a relatively small sample size in which he has mostly not been healthy. Given the body of evidence we...

    RB Omarion Hampton, LAC

Sure, but the Chargers made him an offer last offseason and he rejected it. To say there is "bad blood" there would be overstating it, but there was an issue at some level. I don't see him coming back to LA, especially after he had an issue staying healthy again.

    QB Brock Purdy, SF

Young was listed at 6'2" 215 lbs. I believe that. Purdy is listed at 6'1" 220 lbs. I believe that. So I don't agree that Young was "much bigger than Purdy." Young ran the 40 in 4.55 seconds, compared to Purdy's 4.84. I know that isn't definitive, and I agree that Purdy is more athletic than his...
