Great 2012 prospect breakdowns (1 Viewer)

Matt Barkely

After watching this I am even higher on Luck than before. He is a once in a decade talent, who compares to Aaron Rodgers. All of his weaknesses should be easy to fix, since they are things like not throwing it away enough, or not knowing when to take a sack. Richardson is also an amazing talent, and I think he will be a top 5 back in the league. Jeffery also has all the makings of an elite receiver, and Blackmon reminds me of Hakeem Nicks.

@eakfootball,

You can say that about Jeffery or Fuller. The fact is he outproduced every elite receiver that can out this year and those that are coming out next.

There's nothing to not like about his game, he fights for the ball, catches it as it's highest point, can breakout of a jam, runs great routes and runs like a man possessed!

At this point I see absolutely no reason why he can't go in the top 4 or 5!

One more thing, he doesn't look like Nicks lol! He looks like and much better than the one he replaced!

Giddy-up!

If Blackmon repeats his season or comes very close to it, then yes I do agree with you, the. he is worthy of a very high pick. But if he goes back to earth a little bit I think he will fall 5 or 10 spots because he does not have the physical tools of Jeffery or past receivers in the top 5. Around draft time teams fall in love with 6'6 230 receivers and not 6'0 210 ones. I'm not saying Blackmon can't become one of the top 10 receivers on the league, but I don't think he goes in the top 5.

Great footage of all the guys. I'd love to hear them break the games down - tell the audience what they're supposed to see and more importantly WHY something good or bad happened. But insofar as highlights, these are solid. I'll definitely check out more as time goes on. Again, would love to actually see a breakdown of a play, but you get a good view across the board.

Is it just me or does everyone think Landry Jones is going to be a bust?

I honestly dont know why he has a 1st round grade. He never has impressed me + I dont think his talent is superior at all.

I really like Berkley and Luck though.

Comparisons of those two: Barkley-Matt Ryan and Luck-Troy Aikman

After watching the videos of Richardson vs James, I was just struck by how ferocious a runner Richardson was.

I was honestly not that impressed by James until they showed the clips from the USC game - in the previous 2, he never seemed to be willing to run between the tackles, and was pushing everything to the outside. But in the USC film, I saw quite a few runs up the middle that he busted for long gains.

I agree with the Matt Ryan comparison for Barkley, although I think Ryan is a bit better. I have not watched Aikman enough to know his game well, but I see a Rodgers comparison for Luck.

I love Richardson. I think he is a rare talent and will be one of the 3 best backs in the NFL.

I don't think I've EVER seen a big guy like Richardson run in such tight space and he does it without hesitation and much effort.

He runs like Donte Stallworth driving through the tour de france in an escalade.
I see what you're seeing here, but very inappropriate way to describe it.
