R.Ninkovich was dropped in my league and I'm thinking about grabbing him (as a FA providing he clears waivers).

In my nfl.com league - amongst DLs, he is...

8th in total points (J.Casey is 11th, C.Jordan is 19th),

7th in total tackles (J.Casey is 1st),

17th in sacks (C.Jordan is 14th)

NE schedule: @SD, vs.MIA, @NYJ

Assuming his recent place holding task doesn't hinder his defensive snaps and performance, I think he may be a good add for this week and the playoffs.

Thoughts?

 
Yes, he plays every down they move him around to different LB spots based on situation. He has been one of the most consistent DE's for several years.

 
I prefer Rob Ninkovich (NE) to the other Ninkovich...

For me he's been a stud, have him in multiple leagues and has been the only DE that I have been plugging in weekly regardless of match-ups

I'm definitely liking the coaches' confidence in Ninkovich, his DEF snap %, and overall season performance so...

I will likely cast away J.Casey, who I recently picked to replace an injured M.Wilkerson.

Casey does put up some solid numbers for his ~80% DEF snap count.

A concussion has clouded D.J. Fluker's availability for Sunday.

The Chargers right tackle was diagnosed with the injury Wednesday after practice, coach Mike McCoy said. It's the second concussion in as many years for the 2013 first-round pick, whose official status for Sunday night versus the Patriots will be submitted with Friday's injury report.

Swing tackle Willie Smith took first-team reps in his place.

He's expected to start at right tackle should the 23-year-old be inactive.
