Found an RBI Baseball editor which allows you to modify the rosters however you'd like. Can also download roms that other people have updated:

I play Little League Baseball when I hook-up the NES. I played on a team in high-school that would load up RBI baseball in the travel-van and we would have tourney's...I was terrible, but it was fun...good times...

slap hitting to the same field as your runner = 50 runs. the of arms were so weak.

That is assuming you had the "only can throw one ball per AB" rule in.

IMO, MLB Power Pros for the Wii basically plays as an updated version of the old RBI Baseball games. Very fun to play!

Would love to find one of these leagues and play again.

I still have the NES cartridge, but also was able to find the ROM online and play it thru the computer.

I still remember how delicate you had to be with the cartridge if you wanted to take it out and play another game. One slight bump or jolt and "Poof" .....league deleted somehow.
