Bloom 100: 76-100 (1 Viewer)

The first name that pops out to me as a suprise has to be Adrian Arrington. I thought he would be much higher than that. I guess alot depends on where he is drafted, but he has played some big games (against some big opponents) and is a decent talent.

Good job on these:

Franklin

Monk

Arrington

Purify...

Four serious sleepers in an amazingly deep draft of WRs.

I also like:

Urruttia

Steve Johnson

and DJ Hall

as top 100 prospects by making room at other positions. Scoring system comes into play, but I'd have a hard time not making a spot for one of those WRs instead of Paul Smith (he ain't gonna make it) a few of those LBs (who ain't gonna make it) and Calais (who might make it, but won't be much for fantasy production).

Granted you went through 160 names to narrow it to this, and we're splitting hairs with a bunch of longshots, but this seems like the class for longshot WRs to me.

Moffitt is a favorite of mine and has been for a few years. He's a very complete MLB, great in coverage, super range, tough in the trenches, and had a great pro day recently.

Monk should leap into the top 50 in round 2, imo. He's baaaack... eee.

Who do y'all think were the worst snubs in the initial 100? I went about 160 deep to get to the final list...
the poster above already mentioned him, but I would say Urrutia. He's huge and ran in the low 4.5's at his combine/proday...I see a poor man's Larry Fitz in him....

I like Stevie, he's in the 60s already.Urrutia is big and goes fast in a straight line, but I didnt see enough of a natural receiver - I suppose there's not much difference between him and Purify/Arrington in the risk/reward ratio, but Urrutia just didn't make many plays that made me  compared to Arrington and Purify. Leggett also made the cut as one of the big upside but long odds WRs at the end of the 100. Hall I am prejudiced against because he looked so out of his league at the Senior Bowl, but I shouldnt hold that against him compared to some of the WRs who didn't even go to an all-star game. The physical potential is there, but he has to undergo a transformation (bulk) to get there, where the others are pretty much already there physically. You're right about the lower tier LBs being interchangeable and more a matter of individual preference, and about Monk continuing to climb.

Glad you left DJ Hall off the list.

Bryant isn't a bad mention

Tim Hightower...maybe, probably not, maybe...

I'd probably leave that BC back off your list. His upside is maxed out, but it's not like you put him in the top 75 players
