OK, but I don't understand why it was a penalty. Everyone on each team is flowing to that side, Garcon's looking at the guy he needs to block, and blocks him not seeing that the runner has already scored the TD.

Coach is an idiot playing Murray/Romo/Dez up 10 with nothing to play for but their own injuries. How could the players learn by example to understand not to get in fights and get suspended when their own coach can't seem to figure it out?

Gruden didn't seem like a coach who felt safe at the postgame presser. I'd like to see them let him go. They already tried having a QB specialist be head coach (Zorn) and it didn't work well. Gruden is just another Zorn, with a worse record.
