Canceled Directv on Wednesday and it was the quickest one ever. No BS wasting time seeing what offers there are. Simply canceled and they didn’t try to talk me out of it. Perfect.
Service was set to shutoff Thursday so I let that “post” overnight and called Winback tonight (Friday) at 888-333-08o4. Ultimate Pkg with 2 TV’s, customer since 2009.

Offers were definitely worse than past years but I have no other viable options for regional sports and my internet is poor. “Supervisor” wouldn’t bite further on my negotiation tactics.
CSR asked me at the end if I worked for AT&T because I knew all the discounts and key terms.
