Money comes to mind Agree that the more leagues you add the more conflict of interest you have among your players. That may take the fun out of it for some but on the plus side you get less emotionally attached to any specific player, which can help you make better decisions

You can't look at it on a pure points basis. The position they play and how many players in that position you can/have to start matter.
