Since my job change in January I seriously have like 5 hours a week of actual work to do, but at least it's a job. Been wasting time on FanDuel but that goes away in May so I have to find something else to keep me busy.
Just been around. Had a period of time where I was busy at work and then just kinda forgot about this place at the expense of being productive. Now my job has changed and I am back to be being a slacker so I thought I would see what was up around these parts. How things with you?
Not sure how I missed this thread all this time. I'm a "retired" runner (31:30 10K and 14:45 5K back in the day) and just run now to stay in shape. I also have helped coach some friends and acquaintances, and while I am far from knowing everything I would be more than happy to offer advice to...

Friday Night Lights Werewolf coming to message board near you, most likely tomorrow. Any of those who are fans of the show but have never played WW before jump on the bandwagon.
Not saying that makes her ideal - just that it's not like 160 pounds (especially for an athlete) makes her a fatty or anything. I bet her body fat percent is relatively low.
