    "Cheap Move" or Nah?

I'm the type that I want to score as many points as I can each week. I don't want to play a lineup not to lose.

    "Cheap Move" or Nah?

I don't have an issue with it. What is more likely, your QB getting you negative points and losing, or a scoring change lower your current score and you potentially losing? Both seem very unlikely.

Trade deadline - what offensive player is going where?

Dobbs trade seems to say, we want to compete for a playoff spot. We will resign Cousins for 2024. We will once again be looking for a future QB with a mid to late first round pick. It seems to fit the Vikings story line.

Trade deadline - what offensive player is going where?

I can see the Dobbs add assuming it was something like Dobbs and our 7th for your 5th type of deal.

Trade deadline - what offensive player is going where?

Sweat playing offense? I don't get the discussion in the which offensive player thread?

Waiver Wire Targets heading into week 9

For this week I would say: 1-Heineke (if he gets the start) 2-Rypien (has a little more experience) 3-Hall (I suspect it will be Mullens when he is healthy)

Trade deadline - what offensive player is going where?

I'm thinking the moves will be...yawn

    cousins out?

Lots of fan talk not in favor of trading anything for someone who keeps them in the playoff hunt but not good enough to take them anywhere in the playoffs. Fans would rather be bad so they are in a better position to draft a rookie QB next year. I still believe the most likely outcome is the...

    cousins out?

I'm not sure Brissett does much of anything over Mullens. Mullens has to get healthy but they traded to get Mullens to be the backup. Of course the hope was always as a fill in if Cousins were to miss a couple of games and be back. Many of the local fans don't want to see them trade any draft...

    cousins out?

Most likely outcome I think is Jaren Hall starts until Mullens is back. They sign a free agent this week to serve as the backup until Mullens comes off IR. The injury might increase the likelihood that Cousins signs a deal to return to the Vikings next year if other teams avoid him in free...

    WR Davante Adams, LV

A lock HOFer is probably too strong a statement. Taking what he has done and a reasonable projection for the rest of his career makes him a strong candidate. I guess it's possible he could Antonio Brown on us.

Waiver Wire Targets heading into week 8

No real name but speaking in general terms you can sometimes steal a little value picking up a backup in a high powered offense and hope. Example might be Cerick Wilson in Miami if Waddle misses a game or two. These can be tough to predict but looking at potential fill in players for teams like...

Waiver Wire Targets heading into week 8

There isn't too much to get excited about in my leagues. The Rams RB situation was a split last week. You could take a chance on one of them for week 8. Someone may emerge there for week 9 but then week 10 is a bye and in week 11 the top 2 guys may come off IR. Pretty much everyone else is...

    RB Zach Evans, LAR

I'm not so worried about the Rams signing 3 RB. They did lose two. I may be forced to start Evans but my biggest worry is we don't know if this rookie is ready from a pass protection standpoint. We could be looking after the game and one of the veterans might get most of the work. We also don't...

    TE Michael Mayer, LV

My greatest dynasty concern with Mayer is from what I have read he is a good all around TE which means he could be used a lot as a blocker and limiting some of his going out to catch passes.

Waiver Wire Targets heading into week 7

I'm not sure how long until J.Johnson comes back but Taysom may not be catching many passes when he returns.

Why the hell do they keep recommending Daniel Jones start every week.

His rushing adds to his projected totals. His opponent this week (Buffalo) is also ranked #30 in FF points allowed to QBs. I get that he has had one good FF game this year and 3 stinkers but as soon as you give up on him he will hit a monster game. I have him as my QB2 and I feel the pain but it...

Mike Tomlin...is it time to go?

I'm a Packers fan but Mike Tomlin is one of my favorite coaches (maybe my favorite). My feeling would be you can stay as coach as long as you want to.

    RB Jonathan Taylor, IND

Good news for Taylor owners. It sounds like all sides are settling for playing out the season.

    Trade Puka or Doubs?

I think in your position when you need RB help the answer is you should absolutely trade a WR for the help but that should include any WR you have. You want to trade what WR gives you the greatest value compared to what you have to give up. I do expect both WR mentioned to see some dip in value...
