Spatchcocking is the way to go for sure. I buy whole chickens and cook two at a time and use for the week for quick lunches etc. haven’t done a turkey yet but on the list.

You can also buy charcoal flavored pellets. I haven’t done so but my friends swear by them for that charcoal taste. Ymmv.

Lakeland. No power, lost a few shingles, 2 fence panels, and out mailbox (which we found down the street). A few houses around here got hit bad but for the most part it’s just messy around here with plant debris.

It’s great. Worth the $275. There is some discussion on it in the grilling thread as well. Great for smash burgers, multiple pounds of bacon, stir fry and scallops. Clean up is easy too.

I agree and also think the opposite…loving a politician doesn’t make you a patriot either.

Not sure if aimed at me but I guess words mean something. My “ignore” wasn’t to say not to talk about her here or wherever but more so my perspective that she is an idiot and that it’s best for me to not waste time either thinking about her nor talking about her.
