1.01 Rookie Pick Sankey or Watkins or other? Discuss

This year I have pick 1:1 and normally I would agree with the majority here but since I have multiple picks I have to go Sankey at 1:1. Rationale being the drop-off between Sankey and the #2 is greater IMO than the drop off between Watkins and the next group of WR's.

    Sherman is a tool

While he made a great play and is a outstanding corner, his behavior and comments make him look the fool

With Romeo in the fold, if HOU wastes Clowney and Watt as 3-4 DE's, they will regret it IMO

    Tyrann mathieu

He is not a threat to Bell, as Bell will line up at SS in AZ I would bet that he ends up being the starting FS and nickel corner.

My guess will be that Smith is one starter but even though Brown is listed as his backup, could they play alongside each other?

Arthur Brown, The Next Luke Keuchly

We draft in May. The LB's went Brown, Teo, Moore, Bostic and Alonso. My guess is that if we drafted today it would be a toss up between Alonso, Bostic and Brown

How did Alfred Morris fool everyone? He is bigtime.

Not to argue the point but Bell comes in with hype, Morris didn't. If I were to look for a comparison it might be Taylor in AZ. It is to bad that his former Cardinal Oline is superior to his current, but he is a very tough, between the tackle runner and I believe all he needs is a chance.

    Chicago LBs

More rookie's make the pro bowl than you think. Bostic, if on the field will be a two down LB more than likely. My guess is DJ holds it down for one year with Briggs and Anderson having three down roles.

    Beating opponents by position

Value Based DraftingBeat your opponent at more positions that he beats you, but the empasis is on the group. So if your LB1 is rock solid but your 2-4 are weak, you can lose the grouping. Same principle holds for all positions

    Gocong is down...

According to the Cleveland Plain Dealer, the Browns "fear" WLB Chris Gocong has suffered a ruptured right Achilles' tendon. Gocong will undergo a Saturday afternoon MRI to confirm the injury, but it sounds like his season is over. As is typical with Achilles' injuries, Gocong went down on a...
