Anyone do this?  It’s a high intensity workout gym.  They plug a heart monitor on you and run you through the workout for an hour, during that time your heart rate, calorie burn, etc... are all on the tv screen.  We we did our first class today. I’m wiped but feel pretty good overall.

I’m noticing stereotypes tend to follow along. Yellow gold bands are older guys, white bands are traditional but younger guys, then there’s the black/slate crowd.  I’m seeing these pop up more and more by the super macho crowd. There’s a lot of Ed Hardy T-shirt’s with the black wedding band. 

Most everyone by now probably has Netflix, Hulu, etc...  What else do you have and is it worth it?  Spotify? Audible? Online Magazines? Just curious if there are any lesser known services that are worth the time.
