Saw the same thing regarding Harris and that Buffalo will look to bring him in. Thus ending the Brandon Spikes era...sigh.
Bowles to Jets seems to indicate the defense will not alter too much but let's see who Bowles tags as DC.
I have been in this league for just under ten years and it has become my favorite by far. It is very competitive with a scoring system that brings the IDP aspect of the league to nearly the same level as the offensive side of the ball. There is a lot of trading and waiver wire action throughout...
Woodley is really the only name that stands out as having any real big play (sacks) upside and he's got plenty of miles on him at 28. Has missed nine regular season games in the last two years,so injuries may be a concern moving forward. Was also alleged to have come into last season in less...
I think I'd have N Fairley (DT) in with the Tier Jumpers as long as he keeps his head on straight ( he seemed to be a re-focused player last season) and can shake the nagging injuries that have nicked him up in his first two seasons.
I'm thinking Dent may get that chance to play on passing downs after Nicholas struggled so badly against the 49ers. Would definitely boost his IDP draft ranking for 2013 if he can stay on the field in a three-down role.
If Fletcher does retire(and count me in the camp of folks who don't believe he will) then I think Riley benefits the most as he'll likely assume Fletcher's role in the defense. Alexander then takes over in Riley's former role.
Who is the next in line behind Grimes? Any local news to shed light on the matter? The injury occurred pretty late in the game and couldn't really see who picked up for Grimes after he went out.
I have been an owner in this league since 2006 and it is a very well run, very competitive league made up of knowledgeable owners that keep things very active. Payouts have always been on time and any league disputes, which I can honestly say have been very few, are handled very fairly and it is...
Any news on how Beason is coming along with his recovery? Have seen a lot of pundits doubting that LeShoure can ever be the same after his injury and wondering how people feel about Beason moving forward.
Wondering if Steltz is worth a start this week now that it looks like Wright will be back. I know Conte is out for the season and neither Wright or Steltz have much FS experience. Merriweather also muddies the waters in this decision. Any local news on who is practicing at which position this...
Right there with you. Had a 2 point lead going into overtime and A Foster. As soon as Baltimore punted I had a bad feeling. Ah well......after the lockout there is always next year. Oh yeah, I had Bradshaw on my bench with Forte starting....OUCH!
Simeon Rice of the Sentinels will lead the league in sacks!! Go Sen.......ok, I just can't do it. It was just interesting to see his name on the roster.
