Initially. Two treated at the scene and released. 2 went to hospital with minor injuries.
After hearing it was an nfl player and the ambulance chaser attorneys got ahold of them.
…trauma to the brain, lacerations to the face requiring stitches, multiple contusions about the body...
He saw the video of all the kids in Rice’s neighborhood cheering him on as he drove off before the SB.
Rice is obv a good young man who made a mistake. He does a lot for his community and I hope the prosecutors take that into account.
Free Rashee!!!
Exactly. 99.9% of the public isn’t going to make a big deal out of a traffic accident with very minor injuries.
This story is already basically dead to the public and by the time the season starts it will be forgotten. If the league suspends him it will have zero to do with public outcry...
You’re not naive, you’re realistic.
The internet always overreacts.
Actual attorneys have said they doubt he gets in any major legal trouble. Nobody was hurt bad so the story will be forgotten in a few weeks.
0-4 games suspension. I’d guess 0 or 2.
Haven't seen 100% confirmation on if he's in the pictures. Even if it can't be established 100% he should be honest about it. If he says he wasn't there and down the road it's proven he was he'd get cooked by the NFL. That would be a pretty bad lie to get caught up in.
All depends on how it plays out legally. At this stage we don't even know if he was driving. Even if he was driving and speeding it might just end up a few tickets due to him having what I assume will be the best attorneys in the state.
The league might come down hard for optics and give him...
From what someone posted above they have 10 days to report the accident and if the conditions are dangerous (which a freeway is) it's even recommended to leave and not stick around.
Highly doubt there is any kind of child endangerment charge. Car accidents happen all the time and parents...
Thankfully they don't charge people based off of social media theories. If so he'd be going down for driving a stolen car 200 mph while running Kilo's of coke with an arsenal of illegal weapons.
Like what? He left an accident which from what someone posted above is legal in Texas. Also, from what has been reported there were no major injuries.
The gun theory is one lady saying she saw bags being carried out of the cars. How would she know what was in the bags. Kinda like the guy...
Very dumb by Rice but his career isn’t going to be affected much.
- all indications are minor injuries
- he’ll get the best attorneys money can buy
Highly doubtful he gets any jail time. League may suspend him a few games but other than that this is most likely a nothing burger as far as...
Most of the replies under posts have nothing to do with the original post. They need to figure out a better way to rank the replies so there is some relevance to what was originally posted.
- Ex Marine Sniper
- US Marshall working to stop Child Trafficking
- potential 16 million coming
Sounds like a sequel to the movie True Lies.
I'm sure it's all legit but it does sound a bit fishy.
Agree, Sanders being listed as a top 75 prospect for the 2024 NFL Draft is ridiculous.
He should probably return to school. He was in and out of the lineup all year with injuries and was awful when he did play. Needs to show this season was a injury riddled fluke and come back next year with...
Vikings could make the playoffs. If they win tonight they will have a 1.5 game lead over the teams trailing them for a wildcard. Also, they don't have a particularly tough schedule rest of the way.
