    Buy Low, Sell High!

Where is this thread? It's one of the few reasons I read the Shark Pool. It's the reasonings of others that make it special. It's not so much the "Who's", but the "Why's" that impress me. So I'll start it off this week... Sell High. Jamaal Charles- Practiced all week last week and still...

    Harry Douglas going forward.

I didn't get to see the game, but saw the numbers. Anyone that watched have thoughts on his value going forward?

A vote for another hall of fame

As Kerry Collins retires memories of him will soon fade. It is quite an accomplishment just to become a NFL QB, but It's another to become an NFL QB that throws for 40,000 yards. Only 10 other QB's in history have accomplished that feat. Seems like a shame.

Do you think that you know your team better than most?

First off, I apologize if this shouldn't be posted here, but it didn't seem to fit anywhere else. Feel free to move it if you think it deserves to be moved. I do think that it serves the shark pool though. I have built a website that is sort of a Facebook for bloggers. No, I'm not hawking my...

Ray Lewis vs Terrell Suggs vs Bart Scott

My perspective of Ray Lewis so far is that he's made it clear that he expects to be paid. Although he's still a dominant player, his age now has to be a concern. He's thrown out hints that he'd like to play for this team or for that team etc... He currently makes about 9.5 mil. (Highest paid LB...

Seahawks could be in the Driver seat this draft.

The more I think about it, the more I think that the smartest move for Detroit is to take a T with the 1st pick. The Rams will take a T for sure and that would probably be the smartest move for KC as well. That means that Seattle is in a spot where they can take the Best WR in the draft (which...

    Some shark type questions

    1) Biggest question on my mind, and its a dynasty question. Brandon Jacobs- What am I missing? Most of my Giant friends are resigned to him being gone next year. Even if they have to franchise him, I don't see it as much more than a $7 Mil deal. What am I missing? Why cut him loose so easy? 2)...

    Cheifs ranked 4th this week?

I'll admit I haven't watched a game this year, but what am I missing? I'm looking for a bye week def and almost choked when I saw KC as the best option.

    Kyle Cook vs Eric Ghiaciuc

It seems Kyle Cook is at the top of the depth chart at center. I'll admit I didn't see much of him, but the little I saw didn't impress me. Can anyone explain why he stands alone at center on the depth chart?

    Hey Homers!

Teams are not really being forthcoming with the official depth charts this year. I was wondering if you homers could help me out. I'm just looking for depth charts for the o-line, not the entire team. If you feel really spry, you could also include comments on the lineman. That won't help me...

Bengals Homers- A question about the o-line.

From what I understand, Anderson is in fact healthy, but is listed as a back-up RT on the depth chart. It would seem to make sense to me for the Bengals to start him at RT, move Andrews to RG and play Williams at C. If they did this, they would accomplish 2 things. They would upgrade their run...

The Official NFL O-line training camp thread

Ill start with the Browns. Thomas's Run blocking got better and better as the season wore on. With a 5.97 yard ALY it's hard to upgrade him, but in this case it is warranted. Tucker's minor injury in OLA's had Rex Hadnot in as his replacement (or maybe Hadnot was really the #1 guy) at RG. This...

Josh Cribbs gets some practice time under center

There have been a couple of trick plays with Cribbs before, but they are already practicing a whole package with Cribbs under center in camp this year. He was a QB in College and has a strong arm. That might make him a little more valuable in leagues where he'd already be drafted as a return...

Some new info on LeCharles Bentley

:coffee: I'm sure you all heard that LeChuck passed his physical and participated in drills with the Browns today, but some other info has come out since then that may give you an idea of his progress. First of all, he mentioned that he had full contact drills in October (as part of his...

    June 1st cuts

For the Browns, it was gonna be McGinnest and Davis, but they restructured their deals. Ted Washington is probably gone, but that shouldn't be of interest to any team not looking for a d-line coach.

Everyone in the NFL that can play Tackle

If you know a guy that's not on this list that has some real NFL experience playing Tackle let me know. Don't worry if you think a guy shouldn't be on this list, I have that part under control. All the guys that played center in the NFL last year

First, If he didn't play a down but is listed as a center, he goes here. If he's no longer on the team, but isn't on anybody else's team he goes here. If he's retired he goes here. If he's really a guard, but played 1 snap at guard he goes here. (Those will be the ones that I miss the most.) In...
