Prior to the 2012-2013 season I gave up on redraft and moved on to a pretty competitive keeper league. Since that change I have found myself wishing there was more keeper league discussion here at FBGs where everything has a dynasty/redraft flavor. I understand that keeper league rules can...
I'm sitting at 2-4 and thinking about blowing up my team. I have a lot of quality players, but RBs are so ####ty I can't complete week in and week out.
So how do you determine value aside from proposing a bunch of trades and seeing what kind of counters you get? Could I use the Top 250...
With the upward trend in passing numbers, you would think this is the next milestone to fall. Here are some facts I found interesting while I was flipping through some stats.
In 1995, Rice set the single season yardage record with 1848, which still stands today. He caught 122 balls that...
After the top 8 or so QBs there is just a bunch of question marks this week. Many of you are faced with starting Rivers vs. the Ravens, Vick vs. the Jets, or Sanchez vs. the Eagles. Others could be stuck with Roethlisberger and the threat of injury. Meanwhile your league likely has these...
McCoy caught my eye in the preseason as I expected the Browns to be throwing often. He was solid but unspectacular in the first three games. Truth be told, the opponents in those first three (Mia, Indy, and Cincy) aren't exactly offensive juggernauts.
This week we got to see what he's capable...
Anyone doing this?

3 for 3 so far. Sorry if honda, its my first visit to the baseball forum and I suck at using the search function.
Last year I remember saying repeatedly that Steve Smith (NYG) was extremely important to his team in an NFL sense, but that his value didn't translate to the fantasy world. I really didn't expect this to change, at least not to the degree that is has this year.
What other players fit this...
I'm in a redraft ppr league with some co-workers where the commish has veto power and isn't afraid to use it. This thread is NOT about whether or not a league should be set up that way.
Yesterday, the last place team traded Fitz to a contending team for Mike Wallace, Kolby Smith, & Chris...
Yesterday morning I checked the updates and saw Anquan was supposed to start so I plugged him in over Slaton. A couple hours later (about 15 minutes until kickoff) I was on the highway listening to Sirius NFL radio and heard he was a late scratch, so after getting no answer with the commish I...
Lots of impressive stuff from Brady and Co. this week. But I can't get over these stats:
Net Passing Yards NE: 426
Net Passing Yards Tenn: -7
YPA NE: 9.1
YPA Tenn: -0.5
Also, has any other team had negative net yards without being sacked?
What caught you by surprise this weekend? Anything you thought you knew for sure, but now has you scratching your head?
I thought I knew:
Roy E. Williams sucked.
Denver's defense sucked.
Carolina's OLine was dominant.
I was tinkering with this in this thread and I found this somewhat discouraging for a few QBs that I had my eye on for next season, so I thought it worthwhile to post here.
This statistic, TDs per 100 passing attempts, isn't something that I thought held a lot of weight. In fact, I didn't...
Every year there are solid but unspectacular players who are usually getting up there in age, that get overlooked in fantasy drafts because owners are too fixated on looking for the next best thing. I've posted the RBs and QBs previously, so...
Now its time for a few WRs. Historically, WRs...

A lot of running backs came out of nowhere in 2008 to become bona fide RB 1s & 2s. History tells us that some of these guys will disappear in 2009.
My question is: who are the guys who were in the top twenty in 2008 that are going to be so irrelevant that they are not even worth a roster...
