I've seen a ton of mock drafts and done a bunch of simulated drafts and the first round and beginning of the second round seems pretty set. Are there any players that will be surprise first round picks or will slide into the third round when everyone thought they should be in the first? Yes...

Joe Webb was fined $5,000 for his stiff arm facemask in the Vikings/Eagles game, but Asante Samuel was not fined for his hit on Sidney Rice that gave Rice a concussion and will have Rice out for the last game of the season. Samuel gave a helmet to helmet hit. This does not make any sense.

I may be missing something but as I heard about Aaron Rodgers wearing the different helmet this week I wondered why aren't the players required to wear the safest helmets? As a coach, wouldn't you want it and as a player wouldn't you want to remember your career? Also, didn't I hear at one time...

Tough call on him...you know that he is the only thing they have (running game along with Goodson), so they will ride the run for all they can, but the Steelers won't let them. Anyone think he can put up a solid game?

Just saw on the Star Tribune site that Favre has been upgraded to questionable and will throw in warm ups to see if he can maybe play tonight.

I see the Jets signed Logan Payne to their practice squad. I don't know if they did to pick his brain or not, but how much does this help an NFL team? I have no idea if it does or not - since they put in a game plan later in the week, but is there any benefit?

Not a bad place for him to land...he may actually have some value now.

Nothing to support this, but I don't think he would be a bad late round flier in PPR leagues. They aren't going to want to run Peterson into the ground and he has looked pretty good in the preseason.

Maybe he will be a 3rd down back as well as slot receiver? LINK
