I don't have to keep anyone. In a 16 teamer though, Abdullah in the fourth is OK but certainly not a steal.
EDIT: In my opinion of course. I didn't mean for that to sound terse. Thanks for your input, but I do feel like Abdullah is OK to keep there, but definitely not a slam dunk or anything.
16 team league
6 point TD passes / -3 point INT
1 QB
1 RB
2 WR
1 TE
2 W/R/T
Can keep:
Abdullah Rd 4
Terrance West Rd 6
Jameis Winston Rd 7
Now something that I do like to consider is that I can keep the player 2 rounds higher each year - so next year it would be Abdullah 2nd, west...
Morning Sigmund.
My squad is in a bit of a pickle that I would love your input on.
Non-ppr.
Trying to fill my last flex between Andre Johnson/James Starks/Philip Dorsett/DGB/Christine Michael/Karlos Williams. I would love it if you weighed in! Thanks for doing this for us all every week.
I think it really depends on the league. PPR, I am thinking hard about this. I used to always target Sproles in the 4-5 rd, because that's the kind of player I felt was valuable at that spot. Someone you can plug in (especially in the Superdome) and know you are going to have someone who will...
non-ppr 2wr 2rb 1 W/R/T, who to sit?
Davante Adams
Crowell
Spiller
Hopkins
I have Hopkins sitting right now, but I would love some outside confirmation.
Admittedly, I haven't read a lot of the comments in this thread. Just want to start out with that.
I just feel like, would Martin have fared much worse last night? Only one fumble, plus the garbage time yardage + catches?
That being said - my real point here - I'm almost thinking of selling...
I agree with both of your points here honestly.
Sometimes these incidents make me feel like we need a little perspective as a society. They are role models - because we put them there. These are the things we value collectively. People are outraged when these kinds of things happen, but...
Another thought, does anyone else feel like its a bit hypocritical of us to pile on to these guys for reasons that have nothing to do with what we glorify them for in the first place?
Not condoning any of their actions or the NFL's lack of action. Just food for thought. They are professional...
Just a general question about the two cases.
Does anyone feel like the relative popularity of the two players will influence the NFL's decision in any way, or the public's perception of the incidents?
I could be totally off base with my assertion, which is that AP is generally more well liked...
So I have Pittsburgh going right now. Ten is available as a FA pickup.
Do I do it if it means I drop Pitt? With Panthers/TB coming up?
I'm also not sold on Baltimore scoring more than 13 tonight anyways.
Does anyone have an opinion?
quick edit: I cannot afford to roster two defenses at the...
I mean I probably would personally. KC can't even get Charles fantasy production this past week, I don't see Davis doing a whole lot better even if something terrible happens. Michael is awesome (full disclosure, rooted for him in college), but Lynch still looks like Lynch. Crowell just had a...
Not sure if anyone's mentioned this one or not, but whats the temperature on Malcolm Floyd vs. Hurns?
I like Hurns more for potential, but as someone who can be a real flex option going forward, Floyd seems like he might be the better call.
In regards to Crowell vs. Forsett, I think it depends...
Well, with how well my teams did yesterday, I should have been expecting the other shoe to drop. As someone else mentioned, its not necessarily the several weeks' time he's going to miss, its how he's going to be utilized once he returns that makes me nervous.
