Title says it all. I'm stuck somewhere without tv, but do have my laptop and internet access. Are there any sites to avoid as well?
TIA and my apologies if Honda
Verner is being listed as a Safety on MFL, likely because Rotoworld is also listing him there. http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/5895/alterraun-verner.
Any thoughts on what this does to his value? If he is truly 2nd string to Griffin and Pollard, and perhaps playing some nickel, I can't see...
Lake Ontario, but no fishing here. Freeman's been improving: compared to 2011, he had 500+ more yards, 10 more TD, and 5 less INT, with almost the exact same amount of attempts (551 v 558). Given the Brady timeframe of 6 years before exploding (2001-2006), I definitely think Freeman could...
I'd say Freeman. He's already shown the ability to put up huge games, and is getting weapons in place around him. The main thing he needs is a couple years of high quality coaching.
I'd put Jamal Lewis and Rae Carruth on the list too, with Rae nearly even with OJ on my list of guys I'd never root for.
LT I wouldn't mind cheering for though.
eta: I be fine with cheering for Jamal too, as he did his time and all. But prison time time should get him on this list.
For DB pickups, you might see if Keenan Lewis or maybe Biggers, McCray, Sanford, Gomes, or Whitner are around, they are all available in my 2CB/2S starting, 40 man roster dyno, so some of them should be available for you. Also see if Polamalu is available?I'd go with Clemons if you want a mia...
In the dynasty leagues I'm in, changes to the rules are announced before the beginning of the season or during the season before, giving everyone a full set of drafts (rookie and auction) and offseason to work trades or adjust their roster. By this point in the season there usually aren't rules...
 glll GB I'm in a bunch of 50/50s he's in. ended up spreading about $100 over 51 contests, all but 4 are 50/50. And just added a 4pm and primetime 50/50. I just can't stop pressing ENTER...
eta: and a late 50/50. I really need to close my browser a while...
 :goodposting: the link for those that need it: Facebook Fanduel page The link to the freeroll is on the pageeta: Don't forget to check under $0. I found myself eligible for the "Bronze FDP Freeroll" just for getting 1000 fdp for the month.
The post above got me thinking: all the 5k values at K and D/ST seem to have dried up. Seems you pretty much have to pony up at least an extra hundred per, and I'm guessing in future weeks even more as the good ones get a track record (and higher prices) and the mediocre ones get pulled higher...
my :2cents: a mite late: i'm with db on Cutler, he's got so much risk, mainly that he gets planted on his back a few times, gets happy feet, and starts throwing to the other team. You could likely put more money into QB by going with someone a little less than Calvin. He just isn't producing...
Unless the league rules state the commish can push a trade through, it should be subject to veto again or he's breaking the rules. You have a perfectly valid complaint, not to mention a pretty strong case for collusion, which is the only reason to veto a trade anyway. Good luck getting it...
How much would it really hurt to have a developmental league for the top 400, give or take, college players to be drafted into, with perhaps another few rounds added onto the regular NFL draft every year? I'm just spitballing here, but maybe a league with a team for each division, with coaches...
Not a bad idea, actually... Saints vs Anyone has worked out well almost every week. Trying to decide if some primetime games would work out well for that, or if everyone would have mostly NO/PHI players anyway...eta: just noticed I'm in some 1pm 50/50's with ya. gllll GB
Its purely for gambling purposes, be it Vegas or FF or whatever else. The NFL needs to either admit the obvious: that a large portion of its popularity is due to gambling, or else stop with the fines when coaches play fast and loose with the injury report rules.
