The GFAC Auction Contract league is in need of replacement owners for two teams: http://www58.myfantasyleague.com/2015/home/32874#0
The league is entering its 2nd season, and has the following vacancies:
Arizona
London
All franchises are inherited as is, but have a few options.
1st, all 2015 contracts have expired and will be removed following any RFA Transition or Franchise Tags assigned. You can retain RFA rights of refusal for any expiring Rookie (R) contract. If you choose to let the players leave, you get draft pick compensation in accordance with the value of the final contract signed. You may also designate 1 Franchise or 2 Transition tag players with expiring contracts of any type. These carry a minimum qualifying offer (MQO) which is equal to the average of the top 5 and top 10 players at their position respectively.
You will then be given 2 amnesty contracts which allow you to drop any 2 contracts without the standard salary cap penalties associated with early drops.
Lastly, we will conduct an NFL expansion style draft where all new teams in your conference will have a 6 round draft composed of players from the returning owners rosters. All returning owners are required to make 6 players available for the draft. Each replacement owner may then draft up to 6 but none of you are required to draft any.
We will then begin this seasons RFA and UFA periods before conducting our rookie draft.
