Commish issue with 2 new owners (1 Viewer)

Our keeper league had 2 owners leave this year and just today found 2 new replacements. Draft order is determined by last year's final standings and the 2 new owners get their choice of keepers from the roster they inherit.

So, the question at hand is: How do I determine which owner gets which team? In-person coinflip would be ideal but that's not going to be possible. Any suggestions?

Use a draft randomizer, but with only two teams. Assign the team listed in the "1" slot to team 1 and the "2" slot gets the other team.

Just do the coin flip yourself. If they can't trust you on that then why do they trust you with prize money? I mean its just a coin flip.

That is how we have done it in the past as well. Works very well. they also can draft their draft position, which puts a little extra strategy into play.

Let them have a mini draft first. Put both teams in pot and go from there. Flip coin. One gets first pick in mini and other gets first pick in draft.

When doing a mini-draft, the first team that wins the coin toss gets to decide on either the first keeper or the draft position.
