I currently have 2 open teams in my Dynasty Auction Salary Cap League in its 6th year. Its $150 the first year and $100 after that. $50 gets carried over year over year to ensure nobody leaves. There is a Super pool every 4th year which is 10% of the pool gets carried over each year as well as any teams that left that lost thier $50 deposit. We have an extra $100 for year 8 since 2 people left.
