2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant - UNDER

3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn - OVER

4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie - UNDER

6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich - UNDER (line should be 16)

7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis - UNDER

8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe - UNDER

9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow - OVER (Line should be 8)

10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth - OVER

A couple of easy 'overs' for Kevan Barlow. I'm kind of surprised. I think I'll take the under. The Jets seem to me like they'll be hard pressed to get more than 8 or 9 rushing TDs on the year. I don't see Barlow getting the full time gig for at least a few weeks and only if he performs well (which will be very difficult given the Jets offensive line). I've got him at about 650 yards rushing, 200 yards receiving and 4 TDs.

1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns - Over, what else do they have? A wounded soldier and a bust WR.

2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant - Wash, I think right around 70 is where he will end up. Great value in my draft, I got him as a WR5.

3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn - Over, probably 7 or 8.

4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie - Under, I'm not a big Lelie fan.

5. 13 games played for Darrell Jackson - Over, he'll play all 16.

6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich - Over, 24ish for me.

7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis - Over, 1200.

8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe - Over, he is the best target we have. 60ish receptions.

9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow - Over, someone has to get the TD's and they are paying him to do it.

10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth - Under, being a UT fan, Stallworth has always had Hammie problems and probably will this year too.

Good thread, some tough choices up there.

Those picking 'over' for Droughns...last year he played all 16 games, was the man the whole season and still only scored 2 TDs. I don't think Cleveland is going to be any better as an offensive team and I think Harrison will get more carries than all the back-ups combined did last year. If Cleveland is 2-7 (a real possibility) or something similar...I think Droughns takes on a much smaller role and kind of fades away while they take a good look at Harrison/Frye/Winslow and the younger guys for the future.

Over/Under1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns - Over if including 1-2 reception TDs2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant - Under, although they'll be playing from behind all season I see Davis, Gore eating some of his targets.3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn - Over, Parcells will make a point of this.4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie - Under5. 13 games played for Darrell Jackson - Under6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich - Over, he'll be dumping to WR/TE in the redzone with Jones gone.7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis - Under, RBBC with Anderson, Smith8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe - Over, Fisher loves TEs9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow - Under10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth - Under not enough targets for him and he's not a real #1 IMO.Please add comments with your picks if you have any...and add any other tough calls...

Over/Under

1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns PUSH -- I say he gets 6

2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant UNDER (achiever)

3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn OVER -- Even if TO plays 16 games... Especially if TO does not

4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie UNDER -- Sucker bet here (if you bet the over)

5. 13 games played for Darrell Jackson OVER -- Tough to predict injuries, but I think Jackson will play in over 13 games this year...

6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich OVER -- Another tough call -- but there is no denying how sharp he looked before the injury last year -- maybe he'll scramble for 1 or 2 to help me out with this?

7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis UNDER

8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe UNDER (easily)

9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow UNDER

10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth OVER (barely)

I'm going to continue the role of Devil's Advocate here...

Everybody has Glenn as over 6 TDs. He's scored more than 6 TDs exactly once in his entire career...he's missed 6 games or more in 4 of the last 9 years. TO will be the #1 guy for as long as he's on the field. I just don't see Glenn getting to 7 or 8 TDs while being a clear #2 on a team with a coach who runs the ball as much as Parcells.

Over/Under

1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns ... PUSH, more likely to be under than over

2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant ... OVER, had 69 in Cleveland last year, think this will go up in SF but TDs will not

3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn ... UNDER, needs to get some long ones as too many other guys getting looks in the red zone

4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie ... UNDER, this is an Atlanta WR we are talking about, easist pick on this list

5. 13 games played for Darrell Jackson ... UNDER, will be rested the last couple games once Seattle has clinched

6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich ... UNDER, can't stay healthy for an entire season

7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis ... OVER, Anderson will also get his yards but Balt is going to run a lot

8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe ... OVER, depends who the QB is, if Collins then under but if Volek or Young then over

9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow ... OVER, someone has to score the few TDs that Jets will have

10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth ... OVER, going to rack up the yards in the games that Westbrook is out

I don't think [Glenn going over 6 TDs] is a sure thing by any means, but I would disagree with your last two points...Glenn is a very talented receiver who has an exceptional relationship with Drew Bledsoe already. Until TO proves that he can play an entire season without self-destructing I don't think it's a given that Glenn is the #2 WR on that team...

And while I'm sure Parcells loves to run the ball (what coach not named Mike Martz doesn't?), he is smart and he wants to win ball games. In the end, he will do whatever his offense is most successful at (this year, that will be passing the ball)...

While Owens is on the field...Glenn is the clear cut #2. You can debate how much you think TO will play (I think he'll play 13 or 14 games)...but when he's there, he's the #1. No way Glenn gets to 7 TDs if TO plays 14 games. Heck...even if TO doesn't play a single game, the chance of Glenn getting 7 TDs are 50-50 in my book. Glenn has been the #1 guy with Bledsoe at the helm a few different times and still only managed 7 TDs once. He's never been a redzone target and that won't change.

Over/Under

1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns - under. I do not see the TD totals magically multiply. I think Edwards and Winslow get some red zone passes, and Frye is good to run a couple in.

2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant - under. It is SF afterall. I waffled on this one, but realize it is SF and Alex Smith.

3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn - over. I expect big numbers from Bledsoe

4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie - under. this is Vick we are talking about. After Alge and Dunn get theirs, not much left

5. 13 games played for Darrell Jackson - over. I think he will be ok. Says games played not games finished.

6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich - under ... hurt too often

7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis - over easily. I am not predicting a huge tortal, but 1k is easily attainable

8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe - under. Last year, the Titan TEs had over 200 targets, with Troupe getting 80 of them in 15 games. He only grabbed 55 passes in those 80 targets in the 15 games. Also, injuries are always an issue with Troupe.

9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow - over. I see an upswing in the Jets offense.

10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth - Under. No way, imo, is there a 1k receiver in Philly this year

1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns Over. TDs are unpredictable, and that offense can't be worse than last year. Romeo will make some improvements this year, and the rising tide will lift all boats.

2. 70 catches for Antonio BryantUnder. Bryant has never had 70 catches. The 49ers haven't had a WR with 70 catches since Owens.

3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn Under, but this one's tough. I don't expect Glenn to repeat last season's numbers, but I think he will be solid.

4. 5 TDs for Ashlie LelieUnder. Lelie is new to the system, Vick doesn't know him, and there are a whole bunch of other receivers with a similar talent level competing for targets from a QB who doesn't throw that much.

5. 13 games played for Darrell JacksonUnder. I want nothing to do with Jackson this year unless he's real cheap.

6. 22 total TDs for Byron LeftwichUnder. His receivers are better this year and he should be healthier, so I expect him to improve on last year's 17 TDs, but if I were a betting man, I wouldn't expect more than 22.

7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal LewisOver. This is the first year in a while when Lewis hasn't had a major distraction or major injury impact his season. I expect significant improvement.

8. 50 catches for Ben TroupeOver. Troupe caught 48 passes in 15 games last year and was nicked up for a lot of the year. Barring injury, 50 is easily attainable.

9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow Under. I'm not sold on Barlow being the full season starter, and even if he does start the season, I'm not sold on him getting 5.

10. 900 yards receiving for Donte StallworthUnder. McNabb has NEVER thrown for 900 yards to a receiver not named Owens, and I'm not even sold that he'll be in the top two in receptions on the team. He may or may not be the most talented receiver, and he's coming into a brand new offense late in the preseason. I have low expectations for Stallworth.

Over/Under1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns - Under. 4 or 5 is the number here. CLE will be terrrrrible2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant - Way under. The dude is a spare. 3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn - Under. the only way he scores is on bombs. Preseason is not an indication of how they plan to use him.4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie Under - NFW again the dude is a spare brought in for insurance purposes. 5. 13 games played for Darrell Jackson - Sort of want to take the Over here. I think he makes it 15 games or so. Over.6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich - Wow 22? Oh, total TDs. Yeah probably gets that. Over.7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis - UNDER. No way.8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe - Ehhhh, gut says under. Mind says over. Under.9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow - He'll be benched 3-4 games into the season. No way. 10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth - Under. Philly spreads around their yardage. Please add comments with your picks if you have any...and add any other tough calls...

1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns - Over, I'm putting hiim at about 8 or 9 TDs and 1100 yards

2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant - Under, he just seems to under perform every year

3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn - Over, I think he's way undervalued.

4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie - Under, Lelie's a joke

5. 13 games played for Darrell Jackson - Under, could be the Dom Davis of WRs

6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich - Over, I think Leftwich is good and he has 2 good targets in Wilford and Jones.

7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis - Over, maybe 1200 yards and 8 TDs

8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe - Over, they'll need to dump the ball off somewhere

9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow - Who knows? I'm staying away from the Jets all together.

10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth - Under, there's a reason the Saints spent the entire off season trying to dump him on someone.

Over/Under

1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns OVER - Browns' offense can't be any worse

2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant OVER - 69-1009 in Cleveland, and Alex Smith > Dilfer/Frye

3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn - UNDER - TO and Witten will score more

4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie - UNDER - not a fan of his

5. 13 games played for Darrell Jackson OVER - not sure how effective he'll always be though

6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich UNDER - not crazy about the Jags' offense

7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis OVER - offense will be improved

8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe OVER - lots of opportunities to throw with a defense that bad

9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow - OVER - had 7 on the freaking 2004 49ers! He'll take over soon enough...

10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth - UNDER - Reggie Brown will still be the #1

1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns

Over, there is simply noone else to take carries away from the guy right now and I think only scoring 2 times with 350 touches is an oddity.

2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant

Humm, tough one. Bryant has never had a 70+ catch season and SF's leading WR only had like 50 last year. Even though I feel Bryant has more talent than anyone in Red n Gold last year, Smith is still a work in progress and you can't ignore the other options at TE. Under.

3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn

Over, he had 7 last year and should see less coverage with TO.

4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie

Under, I have little confidence in the Atl passing game to anyone not named Alge.

5. 13 games played for Darrell Jackson

Under, call it a hunch.

6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich

Is there an injury clause here? If he stays healthy I see that as an over. Knowing that he don't stay healthy often, I'll say under however.

7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis

Over, easily. This should be set at 1200 and then I may have to think about it... but not much. ;)

8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe

Ummm, over easy. The guy had 55 last year. I don't see any reason that should change.

9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow

Under, I'm seeing RBBC.

10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth

Under, it will be R. Brown that steps up. Stallworth still has to learn the system and build chemistry with McNabb. Maybe next year.

Surprised at all the unders for Stallworth.

MUCH better qb, coach, system and hes going to have worse #s than last year?

I dont buy it

Over/Under

1. 6 TDs for Reuben Droughns - Under, with Frye behind center I don't see many points for the Cle O

2. 70 catches for Antonio Bryant Under, with a completion % in the low 50s and two good TEs I don't see many catches to go around for the SF WRs.

3. 6 TDs for Terry Glenn Over, not because of TO, but I think Parcells has a pretty talented O that will score a good amount of points. I think the's got a BETTER chance of going over w/ TO playing.

4. 5 TDs for Ashlie Lelie Under, no way he gets ~1/3 of the TDs Vick will throw.

5. 13 games played for Darrell Jackson Under, I think he'll miss a few. Engram is a nice later round pick this year.

6. 22 total TDs for Byron Leftwich Over, they'll put up some points, even with green WRs.

7. 1000 yards rushing for Jamal Lewis Over by a couple of hundred. MUST better QB, good D, not in prison last year.

8. 50 catches for Ben Troupe Over, I think Young gets to play a few games this year and will dump off to Troupe a lot

9. 5 TDs for Kevan Barlow Under, Blaylock isn't dead yet and is pretty talented.

10. 900 yards receiving for Donte Stallworth Under. Not in that offense.

Please add comments with your picks if you have any...and add any other tough calls...
Another I've contemplated:1 - 10 games played by Warner - I think under. By week 8 Leinart may just have enough of a grasp to actually take over. Either that or he gets hurt.

I'll go over on the Kurt Warner one. I think the Cardinals are going to be close to .500 this year. If that's the case...then they'll go with their best chance to win each week. That's Warner unless he's hurt.
